But I have to say if the onwer really wants to grow their business please provide training to your staff so they know what good service means. I ran into a guy today who wore the baseball cap, he had the long face ever since I stepped into the store, he kept silent throughout the entire ordering as if any words would cost him a million dollars. It also took him forever to make the drink and he handed over to me without saying anything. Not sure what happened to him today but this is not the experience I expected and not the way you should do business with your customers. I will still stop by the other locations but will no longer come to the Newark store.
The boba drinks are good but prices are high and service is slow and non existent most times.
