I have been here so many times and while the employees are nice most of the time, they have almost never gotten my order right. They don't try to double check at all so if they misheard you then that's that.
My wife and I get coffee and breakfast here every day. Super friendly folks but they DESERVE A UNION.
Love this one. They always do their best to get your order as you asked for it. Also of note there is a drive through for anyone out there not wanting to fight the cold weather.
I had a bad experience with this Starbucks due to a baristas attitude,she messed up my order and when I returned to get the correct beverage she was very rude I asked for the corporate phone number and a young man gave me someone cell phone number,I believe to be a inaccurate number,please do better Starbucks I spend 6.00$ here daily as a personal treat the baristas name is Ashley it's so unfortunate because I love Starbucks,but I will be searching for options thanks to ms Ashley

This store has deteriorated in service and has been consistently bad last couple of months. Orders are very slow even with one customer in the store. I get there are drive thru and online orders but they have like 5 people behind the counter so they have to be doing something wrong. I wait to get my mobile order a long time before being acknowledged. My order has food stains on them (i.e. dirty). No thank you or your welcome. Plus, my PSL tasted terribly.
It can get very busy but they move quickly this is my go to Starbucks when I don’t want to get off the car besides it’s the closest one with drive thru. The staff is always nice!
