Terrible service1st time:Ordered 5 pieces and a chicken sandwich online. Came and was only given the 5 pieces of chicken. I asked for the sandwich the owner refused to give it to me days it was not on the receipt. However I got charged for the $4.50. The owner insisted he wouldn't give it to me if it's not shown on the receipt that I ordered it. Although I paid for the sandwich clearly it shown on the total price, I didn't get the sandwich. I had to report it to popeyes customer service.2nd time:Came the store to order because I learned my lesson. I inserted my credit card to pay because it had a chip. Didn't work 2 times in a row. Then I swiped it. It worked because it said authorizing on the screen. The cashier kept asking me to hand over the card and tried to insert into the credit card reader machine twice to pay. "Give me the card, give me the card " she says though I told me it went through already. Luckily it didn't go through again or I would be charge twice.It shows how terrible the customer service it and how incompetent the workers are. I will bookmark this location and won't come back again
I have never been so disappointed in Popeyes chicken the spicy kitchen was over cooked and to tough to eat the tenders were liked rubber the mashed potatoes were cold. The dog wouldn’t even eat the food. 40.00 what a waste
Food came out quickly and hot. Even double checked everything as they bagged it in front of us
I don't know why they always run out of tenders.. The boneless chickens are also not the same as other Popeye's location
This was our 1st time here and they did not disappoint. The food was great. (Better than KFC). The Mac & cheese was also a 10.
Popeyes is good stuff, better than KFC. Staff for the drive thru was quick efficient and friendly.
The food was made fresh and the 10 min wait was worth it
Not bad amongst fast food places. Very good cajun fries, nuggets are legit, chicken sandwich dies the job. I also pike the Mardi Gras mustard sauce they have.
Chicken, Red Bean&Rice were excellent. The coleslaw was off.Good Tuesday deal.
Love their spicy chicken sandwich! Best. Sandwich. Ever. Also enjoyed their Tuesday special! 2 PC chicken (1 leg & 1 thigh) for $2.79. Great deal and fast service. Also tried Megan Thee Stallion's new hot sauce! So delicious! ??
