Ordered my sandwich ahead and it was ready on time and tasted excellent.

I went to pick up a mobile order and didn't feel welcome. An angry looking woman handed me the bag without looking or saying anything to me like it was an inconvenience for her.

Super good sandwiches their bread is absolutely what makes the sandwich they've got sour sweet French and Dutch and they're all super good super fresh just came out of the oven and they make the best sandwiches on it with a little garlic spread you'll absolutely love them

Pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of sandwiches. Service is good - the quality of the sandwiches are consistent. It is true the Dutch bread does half of the job. The cold vegan options are quite healthy.

Recommended by local hotel for lunch. Good portion, quality ingredients, friendly staff. .

Reviewing this place won't do it justice because I went to the dentist next door. However, everytime I am offered a Mr Pickles sandwich I know I wont be disappointed. One of these days I will grab a sandwich here and make a better review.

Their vegan sandwich was loaded with veggies and hummus. Loved it!They gave a complimentary cookie ? too.

I've visited this location a handful of times. [I was used to the location in San Mateo (unaffiliated) which has very friendly staff and their sandwiches are amazing and generous.] This Newark location is pretty lackluster. Of the 5 times I've been here, I was only greeted upon entry once, and I'm pretty sure it was the owner/manager who did so. They have teenagers working there who don't quite know what work ethic is yet. The same young girl every time I've been there will be working on the online orders without ever looking up or offering a simple "Hello, we'll be right with you". Other employees will be in the back and maybe one more will be working the cash register. They are also pretty skimpy on the ingredients, and I'm not a gluttonous person, honestly! I guess I've only continued to go there because it's close to home and I'm hoping it'll be better every time. "Insanity", I know. Probably won't be returning.

I ordered the tri tip sandwich on the Dutch crunch bread and also the club sandwich. This was my first time at this sandwich place and I really enjoyed it. I was expecting a similar experience as Subway, but it was completely different. A bit more expensive than I expected, but I would definitely return to try other sandwiches as well. The cookie was very fresh and came with the sandwich. The employees were also very friendly and helpful.

Everything is fresh and tasty. This time I chose a BBQ beef and the BBQ sauce was too sweet for me.
