The drive thru is nothing like the original. Lengua dry. Horrible. The ceviche tostado was just pico de gallo and one shrimp chopped up. So sad when a restaurants wants to expand but cut corners to make it happen. Now my beloved Los Gallos is scarred forever.
Food is good but I don't recommend this expensive place I got 4 tacos look at this tacos barley Onion celantro for each taco $5 dollars with one tortia instead of 2 this is ridiculous I also requested a vira broth hot juice Separate I asked if they could sell it to me and they said no i had to share with my son they don't do that any other places you go you don't have a problem getting extra where they sale it to you it's expensive never going again don't spend your money there go somewhere else
This place has some of the best Mexican foods around. Good size portions for the price. Employee in the drive thru provided some of the best customer service. Very friendly even offered a refill on drink for the wait. Amazing. Worth the wait in line esp when you know your getting freshly cooked food. A must check out spot
I go to this place all the time, the food is good. However I went and ordered 2 burritos and a super quesadilla. When I got home I looked at the super quesadilla and I it filled with mostly sour cream and guacamole. It was soggy and the size of it was a size of a soft taco at Taco Bell. I was really disappointed cause this cost me almost $6. I don't recommend this super quesadilla to anyone.
I called in to ask if there is menudo the lady says “yes” I go in only to find out there is no menudo no pozole, no kind of soup (even when it is listed on the menu) I am trying to decide what to order and out of the blue comes this man yelling at me over the window demanding that I make up my mind because they are about to close (even when their advertisement clearly states that they are open until 10:00 pm) it is only 8:44 pm It is very frustrating to have to deal with people that have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS whatsoever. That man was rude, long purple nails! I don’t think it is sanitary to have long nails when you are touching people’s food and if he wants to go home the owner should have a BIG ALL SIGN stating that THEY DO NOT serve food by 8:44 pm !!!!
Just *wow*. This was some of the best Mexican I've had in the east bay. Small, somewhat unassuming location, but the food and kind service is excellent.
Great food and customer service across the board. I can't believe I was initially disappointed that Del Taco was gone and now I go to Los Gallos' drive thru 2x a week. I finally found a taqueria to call home after living in the Tri-City my entire life.
I've been going here for more than 20 years. They have the best Mexican food in the bay area! I had a hemmoragic stroke which left me mostly paralyzed and can't feel too much on my right side. Today, I accidentally locked my keys and phone in my scooter. I went in to see if they could help me otherwise I don't know what I would do. They helped me break into my scooter so I could go home. I am so grateful for them, and they STILL have the BEST Mexican food in the Bay area!! I love the carnitas. ?

The food is great and the service is excellent. They have never gotten my order wrong. Very pleasant personnel.
