5star food made by grandparents in the back = authentic taste ! Best place in Newark
This place is a great spot for some really really good Mexican food for casual dining. Enchiladas and the wet burrito should be considered.
Not authentic tacos. Tortillas are not fresh and al pastor tacos tasted like store bought.
Takes way too long to get your food at lunch time.Even if they're not busy, 30 mins to get one burrito to go is way too long
We catered from La Huasteca Taqueria and could not have been more satisfied. The staff was professional and on time, and the food was delicious! Highly recommend to anyone looking for event catering or take out.
Small family restaurant ran only by women and its wonderful!You can get tasty homemade mexican food that's freshly cooked and great service too.
Consistently delicious! I’ve been getting food fr them for well over 10yrs. I used to live down the street from them and their food was always good. I will still swing by if I’m in the area.
Got some menudo from here it was kind of weird menudo was shredding like chicken but would not recommend eating the menudo there
Excellent food, really glad they had vegan/vegetarian beans and rice. Taste was excellent!They were also knowledgeable all their ingredients and could confirm that their enchilada sauce was gluten free.Wish they had more salsas though. And ordering was a bit challenging since the staff didn’t speak very good English (but they were very nice!)
I order a carne asada w/shimp it was super delicious the flavor melts my mouth the rice very as the beans.i recommend this food.
