Not authentic Korean cuisine! Workers are very polite, but chef is not Korean. You might not notice the difference if you’re not used to real Korean food.
Many years ago, this place served authentic Korean food with real Korean cooks. After some ownership changes, this restaurant is not serving true Korean food, in my opinion. The menus may appear like Korean food, but the spice, the heavy use of cooking oil, and the presentation of food are heavily-distorted representations of Korean food that may satisfy Chinese customer tastes, while disappointing true / authentic Korean food lovers. The cooks and the servers do not speak Korean and are not ethnically Korean either. I have nothing against Korean restaurants operated by ethnically non-Korean cooks and servers, but the fact that this restaurant's dishes taste far more like Chinese food, with fairly weird / non-authentic-tasting Kimchi and side dishes, will turn off people who crave for real Korean dishes prepared in an authentic manner.
Ordered the lunch special $12 육개장( spicy shredded beef soup ) and $15 갈비탕 ( beef short ribs soup) for lunch ? The soup are so good! ????????Rich natural flavor broth!! Authentic taste !!??? Unlike other restaurant use lot of MSG which would give me headache and made me thirsty afterwards. Also price is great as lunch set! To me portion a little big, to my husband is just right. Include 4 kinds of 반찬 too for to go for each lunch set. Definitely will come back again !
On my last visit they recommended Bulgogi Fries and I have not stopped thinking about this since that day. So Good
Have ordered here a few times and love the Galbi from here. The Banchan included are tasty. We also tried the tofu soup and it's tasty. They have a lot of different menu items. Will definitely be trying more things from them in the future.
I absolutely love korean food but I have never threw out food before until now the side dishes taste old and possibly spoiled the spicy bulgogi was so nasty I didn't like it.
Great quality service. Great selection of foods. I love the staffs. They are very friendly.
