First time visiting since the pandemic. The place is still modern and clean but the breakfast food quality has slipped. In all honesty management saw we weren't thrilled with the hash browns, very bland and undercooked. They offered another entree or to comp the dish which we accepted. This was all without us prompting or complaining, very observant management and wait staff. Will be back.

Check this out! THE MIGHTY MOOSE. It's delicious and honestly u can share it with 2 people. Perfect spot for brunch and I highly recommend. Server is super friendly and nice. ???
Cool spot to grab drinks and get some work done. The guest wifi was spotty but the mall wifi worked fine. Also got the angel hair pomodoro, it has a really light and refreshing tomato taste and was filling. Will come back another time for happy hour.
My second time at Jacks and a first in their indoor dining area. The service was fast even for a lunch hour and the servers attentive. I tried a newish item on the menu, an omelet with chili verde. It was fine, and so was the french toast my friend ordered. The acoustics indoor can make for a loud atmosphere. I wish there was more to say.
This is one of our favorite places. Staff is always friendly, food is fresh and delicious. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them for breakfast, lunch, happy hour, or dinner. Try the lamb burger! Yummmm
This is a gem of a restaurant - just enough of a selection of great tasting food and drinks, fairly priced, as well as terrific service.
Oh, I loved this place. Went for a breakfast and the burrito is marvelous, such as the banana caramel french bread (not sure of the name but that’s what it is). Then for lunch and tried the salmon salad, my family got a sandwich, sirloin I think, and the hot dog and spaghetti from the kids menu. I loved the fact that they give a drawing and crayons for the kids.Besides, there is this great bar with drinks like mimosas and margaritas so, this together with a great friendly personnel, makes it one of my favorites.
