Visited for the first time but definitely won’t be the last. Nicely made, all flavors were equally balanced. Recommended for dessert! Nice ambience!
Hope this msg gets through to the owners of this icicles. I live in the neighborhood and come here a lot to get ice cream with my husband. I always get the vanilla x matcha flavors. This time I got SIGNIFICANTLY less ice cream, with toppings the cup is still half empty. I told the girl that made it that it seems less than usual, she plainly said that “that is the right portion”. Excuse me for the last 10 ice creams we purchased from here it was full with toppings. I continue to say I always get more before and she continues to deny me instead of asking per peers whether her work meets the standard.If $12 ice cream is half full of a cup, that’s extremely overpriced.When she took out the condensed milk, it was like 20% full for each of the two flavors, significantly less than usual.Hope the managers can put a mark on their milk cups so the the employees know to fill up enough milk for the ice cream. Not “up to the employee” how much milk she feels like putting.Also they should train their employees to not deny customer complaints like that and be more polite.Especially if you charge the most $ for ice creamin town.
**Bought through Door dash.If you folks had posted realistic photos on Doordash with your prices, I would NOT have purchased the McDonald's tasting strawberry milkshake in a cup meant for a kid's meal, or the little bowl of mush! $30!!! Really??!!! I wish I could cuss u out...u should feel ashamed misleading people! (*The glass represents the size of the $11 shake you can buy at McDonald's for waaay less)
Great ice cream. But it made my tunn freeze when. im full eating the ice cream. I like there is two entrances. One inside Lion food center. And one outside. I didn't know it would taste that good. Thanks to all the reviews to let me know it's good. And its right next to a shopping center cool. and theroom looks nice. Love the name named Icicles. and no eating indoors when it's pandamic. They don't let you just for to let you they don't let you sit indoors. But it's really good.
Yay Coco and Nutella N Chill are recommended flavors. Super friendly staff and love their patience with our unending requests for more toppings ? Relatively new location with some cool lightings.
Bravacado is our favorite flavor at this place. Never tasted such a good ice cream and this unique type of method. All other flavors are interesting combinations as well.
Good icecream. They let you split so make you split the cup between two people or you'll end up with a huge bowl of ice cream. The toppings are unlimited.
I am a frequent customer at this location and love their Mai Thai ice cream with Gulab Jamun. I've been going there for months.Today I found hair in my ice cream. When I found the first one, I let it go.But then the next 2 embedded ones just did it.I'm not returning to this location again.Today's experience was horrible- very unhealthy and unhygienic.It's a shame that they don't even have a phone number to report such issues.

Yesterday after our sushi dinner, we decided to have ice cream and guess what, all the branded ones such as Cold Stone, Baskin Robbins were closing and this one was still open to fulfill our cravings. Loved the creativity in their ice cream menu.
