I asked for adjusted sweetness but the drink was too sweet. Maybe it was not a drink that could be customized but I wasn’t informed and they processed my order. What really bothered me was the person who made my drink didn’t have their fairly long hair tied and I was worried about their hair falling in. Please remind ALL of your staff to keep their hair away from their face.
An individual who ran into this establishment almost caused An accident on the road by cutting me off

Milk tea was good. They didn’t have taro and lychee jelly when I was there. I guess I’m going to another boba place to get my sugary water with black balls now.

I came to this location today for the first time and ordered an iced brown sugar milk tea. There was hand sanitizer by the straws near the register and the cashier was helpful and patient with me fumbling around with my credit card. I asked for 25% ice but he put more than that. He asked if it was ok that he put more ice in before he sealed the cup and I said it was fine. Then while handing me the drink, he said he can make me another with less ice if I want. I thought that was pretty nice and unnecessary and declined his offer. The drink was delicious.
Very nice place with great tea all the time. Associates are friendly and the store is always clean.
These are one of the best bubble tea chains that I've ever seen. The rewards system, the prices and the taste of the tea. Everything’s perfect.
