This place is a joke.Online order: they don't give you full ingredients and quantity is low.Order in person: employees have an attitude, waited 5 mins just staring at the employees so they can help, naaah! Their personal talk is more important than serving food. Undercooked rice and fajitas. If you wanna get angry or hangry please go to this place and you will not be disappointed.
Missed items on my 2 consecutive orders..had to go there twice to pick up. The support line is a joke where you talk to a bot. Not possible to reach to the store number. Rude and unapologetic staff. Never going here again.Chipotle.The staff gave me this quessadilla when i went back to ask for the missing item assuming I am trying to cheat them.
We ordered online chicken burrito bowl with white rice. We reached there and waited 20 mins to pick our order which was not ready till then. Then they were out of white rice and we need to take brown rice instead which we don't like at all. I dont understand what's the use of ordering online when we have to wait 20 minutes to find out that they are out of white rice. Very much dissatisfied with the service.
Very stingy on the food. Order a chicken bowl, with extra rice on the app. Pick up the food, that look half full. Worst of all, they did not include a spoon in the bag.
Worst Chipotle experience. I ordered online and they missed couple of items in my bag (chips, guacamole), we didn't have time and energy to go back to the store to ask for missing items. The bowl was just full of rice, everything else was so little even though we specifically requested less rice, more beans and lattice etc. We had requested hot sauce on the side instead of adding in the bawl, and we received smallest amount of hot sauce ever packed for anyone in the little plastic container. Shame on thos store management. Will never ever order from this store..
These guys are the absolute worst at actually meeting their online order pickup times, this is the third time having to wait 15 to 20 minutes past the pickup time stated. There are a few other Chipotle around, between this and the repeated order screw ups, in done, and taking my business elsewhere...
Heads up !! Always make sure you got your chips with your order when you place order. THEY NEVER GAVE YOU CHIPS. this is the fifth time it happened to me. And they not gonna return your money either.so make sure you are getting whatever you pay for.
My best experience by far. The Newark chipotle had fresh items this hasn't been my experience at other chipotle grills.
Disappointed the chips tasted differently than the signature flavor and freshness that I’m used to. Usually they’re the perfect combo of crunch, salt & lime, my favorite of any tortilla chip. But tonight, they tasted like they were either stale, cooked too long or cooked in old oil. Whatever the case, they were gross. ☹️ They get a couple of stars for being clean & tidy. However, for a chain restaurant, consumers expect the food to taste the same regardless of the location.
So yeah I work late I was hungry craving I know the food is decent there door was unlocked wide open I believed I walked in a few mins after closing not paying attention to the time because they gave me the dirtiest look this little black hair girl said it in the most rudest way of uh hello we’re closed even whispered something other than that which I couldn’t hear.. anyways point is if you don’t like your job or can’t work with people you shouldn’t be in customer service
