I just left this place I wanted to use the bathroom the woman treated me very badly she told me it was for clients I told her I knew I had bought an hour before she wanted to see the receipt she yelled at me very ugly that woman doesn't need to be the boss there she treated all the employees yelling at them, I told him in Spanish to shut up and he started yelling not to speak Spanish and he insulted me in English, I hope the supervisors check the cameras to see how he treats customers and employees it was 1:50 pm 05/ 12/2022
Came in to use the restroom, there was about 2 guys in the front trying to train a newbie cashier. Asked to use the restroom and they said “iTs 4 CuStOmeR oNLy” so I bought a cookie. 1 of the guys went to apparently open up another restroom or fix the door, not sure what it was. He didn’t even tell me I needed a token to get in through the door?♀️ overall their customer service is trash, also the cookie they gave me was pretty stale. This location doesn’t deserve stars.
Need to clean the bathroom and l will not let my kids eat at this place.
2nd time they put a real Whopper when I ordered the Impossible Whopper, this Burger King isn't vegan/vegetarian friendly.

VERY AWFUL FOOD AND SERVICE FIRST OF ALL THE CASHIER WAS DOING NOTHING AND HAD ME WAITING FOR OVER 5 MINUTES WITH ME BEING THE ONLY ONE IN LINE AND HIM NOT DOING ANYTHING AND THEN THIS OTHER CASHIER WAS ALSO VERY RUDE HE IGNORED ME WHILE HE PRETENDED TO LOOK FOR SOMETHING LOOK FOR SOMETHING ALL I WANTED WAS KETCHUP AND HE IGNORED ME AND THE FOOD WAS COLD AND MOLDY?
