We went there last night. The good thing is they open at late night. However, after ordering boneless wings, we were given wings without celery. They didn't explain anything so we asked did they forgot the included side celery. They said sorry they ran out of celery. I highly doubt there have offer 1 pound amount of chicken meat in this dish. Later, we were thinking maybe we can get a side fries or something if there run out of celery. Now the waitress went to the kitchen and brought us some celery. Ok..and here is the picture of there celery. Clearly they did not make it clean.
They always mess up take out and curbside orders..we typically order Thu day of week special with ribs...they almost always miss out on the side of Fries. These days we are forced to open the bag to make sure they have these.and then wait several.minutes so they can add these.missing item. It happened even today..pathetic...2 stars because the food itself is alright...
I went there because Google Maps showed they were not busy. When I arrived the hostess just stared at me without saying anything. So I asked for a table and was told there would be a 20 minute wait. I said I see a couple dozen empty tables. And she said they only have two servers at the moment. And then she started staring at me again without saying a word. So I said: are you just spacing out now? She said: yes.Wow.
This place has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I say I’m not coming back but I come in and Instantly remember why I don’t come here if it weren’t for the gift card and my husband not wanting to get up and leave I would have left already. This place sucks I will make my own pizookies at home it the only good thing about this place??????????

Worst place to go. Spent over $50 for food that was worth 10. Two French deep sandwiches. Both were dry, no anjus and no meat!!!! I won't be back.. Not worth the money spent. I could buy a sandwiches at togos with more meat an cheaper. Just horrible

We had a 25 min wait with no availability for reservations online. Then half the things we ordered were not available. Then we got appetizers and no plates and hot sauce to eat it while it was warm. The waitress was not familiar with the menu and was not there to take our order. Change of hand on the wait staff got a bit better with the second person. They kept using a table next to us as a dumping station with dirty dishes and didn’t clean the tables as people left. Didn’t do any suggestive selling of the menu. Really bad experience.
Very rude front desk. Called to make a reservation for 10+ people. They were not ready to speak and have to request them to hear me out. They do not want any business any more it seems. The front desk is so rude that they put your call on hold and never came back. Waited 25 minutes on the call. They need to have some decency to get back and say NO at least. It will be the last place I will recommend. The front desk people are very very very rude and don't care or bother to speak.
