Love the Pretzels here, especially when they are fresh baked! Very good when fresh out of the oven. The customer service could be a lot better though, they need to be trained better here.

Fast services, great pretzels and friendly staffs. It's strategically located next to Macy, where you can grab a quick bite before/ after shopping. Recommend to sign up their app, lots of great deal, such as birthday pretzel, BOGO and they celebrated their 30th anniversary on 3/3/18, giving away free original and sugar cinnamon pretzels to all. What a generous merchant!
I would have been better if it was actually open. The place was abandoned and I've marked it closed. I was looking forward to a nice pretzel.
