The taste is pretty decent here and the meat pieces are BIG. They share a wall and opening to the Ume next door and if you order from Ume the server will bring your tea to your table. Definitely cheaper than other BBQ locations. Our server who wore glasses handed us napkins without us having to ask MULTIPLE times while we were busy digging in with our fingers. THANK YOU. However, other servers all looked like they had an attitude. The restaurant decor and furniture looked really cheap and unprofessional. Will still return for the competitive price and value.
I got food poisoning right after eating their food last Saturday, almost had to go to ER. It used to be my fav place to dine in two years ago but now they grill and cook everything with heavy seasoning, which makes me suspect they don’t use fresh produce any more!!! even tho I’m only 10 min away, I will no longer order from this place any more.
Super friendly service and awesome menu. It doesn't seem like much but tastes fantastic and is actually a good variety, plus user friendly. Great neighborhood spot! Also open late, yay!!!
Joined the waitlist and waited for about 40 mins until it showed “checked in”, then waiter said that we cancelled our reservation and kept us waiting outside. So waited more than 1 hour and got nothing. Pool service:)
It's very popular. Joining the wait list before going is highly recommended. Food is awesome and tasted. Service is good enough. Liked our waitress.
I really wanted to give it 5 star since the food was really good.However, the service was super super slow. We only had two people and didn’t order much and it took more than 1.5hours for all the dishes to be served. The last one was bbq beef and that alone took us more than 20min to wait.Be careful if you want to dine in before 9pm, you may need to waste a lot of time on sitting there and waiting.
It made me wanted to puke my guts out! Found this in my rice noodle. Don’t go there unless you want to find steel like this in you plate.
Food is good, but it always takes 1.5 hours for dinner pickup even you order ahead regardless of number of items… reason is they prioritize dine in customers.
We tried a lot of their different BBQs and enjoyed our meal. It seems to be a type of Chinese street food BBQ place. You can also order not spicy if you have friends in your group that do not want spicy.
Decent experience however all grilled items taste like lighter fluid.
