I went to this establishment last night at around 7pm. The cashier asks me if I’m ready to order & I place my order. He asks if I want a combo & I say yes. After ordering my meal, he gives me my cup & I head to the machine to fill it. I chose strawberry fanta, & the machine began stuttering while trying to fill my cup. I then tasted the fanta & it was disgusting & completely flat. I then try my back up decision & get a lemonade. I tasted this also & it was completely flat & tasted horribly. I walk back to the gentlemen with my cup & say what’s going on with the machine? He then chuckles says “My bad bro, the soda machines down.” What type of disgusting individual do you have to be to suggest & sell combo orders to customers knowing the drink machine down. To make matters worse, a friend walks in with me & places their own order. When we walk back in to pick up our orders, my friend asks for a water. The cashier immediately hands him a water. I then ask for my water since the drink machines are down & the cashier literally says “I just gave your water to him”. So the cashier charged me for a drink & then literally gave it away without acknowledging me or letting me know or even asking my approval. I’ll never spend a dime at this location again, & I’ll never support or eat at wingstop ever again.
Went in, waited over 35 min. to get boneless wings and fries corn, and there was 5 ppl working. A customer came in w/dog, they let their dog pee on the floor, I called them on the phone to ask them to give that girl a mop and disinfectant, he looked at me like I was crayzeee!!? I won't be returning there! Plus my corn wasn't fried, it was boiled and seasoned.
They haven't had dining room open for over a year.but it was open the other day. After I shop at Walmart I take some wings home.Now they have all the tables set up and I was the only customer eating in until a man ate there with his child. Most people order online. Versus the wait..about 20 minutes.They used to season the frys so now when I order please add the season to my frys they never do. But will give me a little side over flowing to take home. It's so much extra I can make eggs and sprinkle the season on them.They just don't listen.Sometimes they don't toss enough sauce on the hot variety and look barely fried. On the boneless Wings.The Lemon Pepper, and Mango Habanero are so good.The ranch is my favorite in the frys dip. So I order at least 2 more, it comes with one dipping sauce of your choice.Enjoy.. there's also one off Euclid by the trolley and a whole shopping one stop. With food for less. This location is always takes too long to prepare orders and never follows order instructions. I always have to request fries to be extra well done and with extra seasoning because they are never fully cooked with little seasoning. My last visit, the fries were cold with little to no seasoning.Never going back to this location
In person order completed and waited in the dining room for the order. Staff was so incompetent they coukd not even be bothered to tell us our order was ready. We were the only ones in the dining room. I had to go up to the counter to ask if our order was there. They had it sitting on a self. Sheer incompetence and lack of customer service.
It was pretty busy when I went last week on Wednesday, December 8 and I had to wait 18-23 minutes for my order. It was a long wait time but I didn't mind waiting because I know hoa stressful food service jobs can get (especially because of bad managers) but the MANAGER NEEDS!! to hire MORE PEOPLE!!!! (if they can and if people are applying to work at that Wingstop location of course) The two poor guys had to handle SO MANY in-person and online orders that customers from each category had to wait for awhile. I just ordered a single small combo and it took so long for the one person in the kitchen to make it because he was backed-up on orders. I would be more satisfied with my service at this location if there were more people working in the back that could help get orders out faster. The wings were good though. I ordered half Original hot and half mild and there was so much sauce that the sauce itself was pooling at the bottom of each container wrapper lol. That was kind-of okay but the excess sauce made the original hot wings (the ones touching that pool of sauce at the bottom) too sour. I can stand the spice but it was a weird sour taste that was too strong. I also got extra seasoning on my fries with the combo and it was too strong for my taste lol.TL;DRGood food ? "meh" service because of long wait times caused by lack of employees in the back :/
This location has the worst customer service EVER !My husband call and place an order ( they were RUDE)I get there tell them I’m here to pick up he goes gets my Receipt and barely started working on my order. I finally get my order. I ask for a ranch he tells his needs charge me since I did not get a combo. Finally you were rude over the phone, my order is not ready and I can’t get a dam ranch! The kid starts arguing with I ask for a manager Justin the manager refuses to give me corporate number he tell his area manager was there. The not area manager was an assistant manager again refused to give me their name or his area manager name or the corporate number. He stated he was there to make thing better however he made them worse! He keep saying little smart remarks and I took him 5 minutes to print me my Receipt. I took the survey request to have someone contact me and no word yet!
I ordered garlic chicken and cajun chicken I think. Bone in, the food was tender and moist. As for the service they were certiuos, well mannered and professional.
This is the slowest wingstop i have been to i dont know what it is but it seems to take longer to get my food here than anywhere else bit other than that the wings are great, the fries are great.
