I love across the street there's no cars at all yet they don't answer the phone I've been calling for almost an hour. It's obvious customer service is lacking.
Had a very helpful young man assist me at the drive thru named Alonzo. He provided awesome customer service.
I mainly went there to try a lemonade because I had a coupon, but forgot to use it smh??♀️lol. I asked which lemonade was better they had coconut, watermelon, strawberry, and wild berry. So I was told the coconut was better then the watermelon. I ordered the coconut lemonade and also ordered my kids the soft serve fruity pebbles ice cream cone and they loved it. I loved my coconut lemonade. I will still go back and try the watermelon flavor.
The ice cream was great .so we're the employees
You were one of the least caring managers I had.The other people you’ve hired were some of the least supportive people I’ve ever worked with & they are gonna get you in trouble with their choice not to use gloves or wash their hands in between customers. It’s clear that hiring a family member was convenient for you but tell him to wear gloves and to wash his hands when handling raw meat (PHOTO).Wienerschnitzel on Highland was one of the worst job experiences I’ve ever had in my life.I sincerely hope you get better for the health of your customers.
Hot dogs were barely warm and the fries were cold and limp. At noon I would expect the food to hot and fresh. Doubt I will ever go back.
I loved it! After shopping the food was fresh and hot you can always tell when the fries are good I had the chill dog meal with a Berry drink the Berry drink was refreshing
Enjoyed my good ole standby chili cheese dog with onions and mustard. Slight wait in drive thru line.
Had the urge to get a Wienerschnitzel chili cheese dog so there is only one place to go. I got the hot dog / cheeseburger combo. The hot dog was all that is hoped but the hamburger was lacking.
Service here is okay. But location is a bit dark and shady. I tried to eat my food in peace while an unhinge homeless man wandered the premise.
