This place is great. The food never disappoints. Today service was erratic and scattered. People were waiting an excessively long time, not just our table. The crew always seems tired and overworked but deliver like professionals. The waterfront dining and good company alleviate any small problems for the diner like a harried kitchen.Clam chowder, highly recommended; Fish tacos, yes; fish and chips, yes. Fish taco bowl; yes.We'll be exploring their simple menu more in the future. Jorge's kitchen has us captivated.I'll be back ?.....
Fantastic brunch spot. Wife had fish and chips and let me sample, 11/10 best fish I've ever had, but the ratio of fish to chips was a bit off, she only got three battered fish and a mountain of fries. I had the French dip, which was also very good, and was quite a large sandwich. We both had garlic parmesan fries, they were her absolute favorite, I thought they were very good, but not amazing.The atmosphere is very good, we unfortunately came on a cloudy day. They have heaters in their outdoor seating that work very well. Would have been a really nice view with better weather.I feel the price was very fair, especially for how good the food was. We spent about $55 on our meals and a Mimosa that my wife loved.
I love this place. Laid back, beautiful, quiet setting. Great place to take the kids, dogs, friends, family... The menu has great variety and everything is always fresh. The fish and chips are to die for and I really love their tartar sauce. I am PICKY about my seafood and this place makes the cut!
Nice atmosphere, mostly outdoor dining overlooking the boats and yachts. They have a nice happy hour starting at 3pm.Forgot to take photos of my rosemary calamari and onion rings, both delicious.
New Harbor side restaurant in National City. Open air with great view. Off of 24th street exit of Highway 5. Lots of parking.
Love this fresh and light tasty herb crispy chicken on apple salad. I like looking out the harbor and the docked boats. The shrimp is great. The burger is amazing. The staff respectful and courteous. Serene, nice ambiance. Try the sandwiches. We are coming back. Something about the harbor draws me.

Marina-side lunch with family while I vacation in San Diego, was treat. Fish tacos with chips and salsa served by a friendly cheerful staff was a great welcome to the area. Two thumbs ? up. And pleasant meal for the budget.
Very long wait time for a sandwich and salad, waited over 30 minutes. I ordered a combo, When I got home they only gave a sandwich no salad, no fries, that was a very expensive sandwich! Bad customer service, other people behind me received their order first before me!
Beautiful setting, good food, and excellent service! This may be our new favorite spot!
