Caramel ribbon crunch...mmm I don't need to say more
I went today for a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and I asked for cold foam and the barista refused to add cold foam because that coffee isn’t supposed to have it + she charged for it and in every Starbucks I go I order the same thing with cold foam on top I guess she was to lazy to add it
Very disapointed. Ordered some oatmeal and yogurt with our coffee after they gave us our order they said they did not have any spoons and suggested we go to the restaurant next door to get some. I mean....
Gave me a cold drink.. I've asked for a hot one... simple mistake. Good customer service....
Drive through gets all the customer attention EVERY time. Waited inside 15 minutes for tea while three employees restocked supplies.
It was really bad experience, the girls that was in this moment as a cashier was really rude, first of all she made me wait 3 mins to take my order and after she asked me 3 times to confirm my order she gave me the wrong one on the window and she got upset at me arguing that she was right, she fix it and she gave me my order and bad attitude….. horrible experience

My friend had ordered a pumpkin spice latte and when JESUS of the morning shift of 4 am asked if he ordered some other drink not sure what drink he said but he asked him so my friend said no and jesus asked if it was the pumpkin spice. My friend rarely drinks coffee and honestly its early morning so he forgot he did order that and so when he asked my friend what he ordered my friend asked me what it was and I told him a pumpkin spice latte and told my friend he did indeed say that and so my friend apologized and said yes the pumpkin spice. Jesus caught an attitude and and out of frustration raised his hands and shook his head and gave my friend a HUGE mean mug. You can count on me never coming back to this location you post customers. Not happy about this at all. Is this how we train people to handle a confusing situation.
I frequent here often and it is very hit or miss, depending on what crew is working. Sometimes it is great, sometimes it's terrible.
Love this particular Starbucks. Great staff in the morning.
