Open 24hr and has improved their focus on getting orders accurate! Maybe new staff but I'm happy the change is there! Before they would hand me off a off tasting drink but the drinks have improved.
The man working in drive through on March 26 ,2022 night shift with curly hair gave the WORST customer service gave me a watery Carmel frappe and told me frappes are supposed to be watery and said he can’t do anything about it because I had taken a sip out of it ! waste of money never going back to this location and on top of that the worst attitude for no reason. Don’t like the job don’t work there.
My café Misto was cold when I got it I never ordered it cold.
A really careless drive thru worker & management dont care. Got handed a steaming hot coffee& the lid wasnt shut. Starbucks replied to my complain a $50 loaded to my account & maybe reimbursement of cleaning my car(it has to be approved 1st). That upper management had been notified. Ok and??? I emailed back to keep their $50 won't be getting coffee there. To put themselves in my position, to have steaming extremely hot coffee spilled all over their hand & car while associate just stares at you. While your screaming..and management didn't even acknowledge what happened. I didnt get medical attention but at home, cause in real world im a working mother, didn't planned to be injured at 8am & were in covid. Would you have paid for my day missing work too..had someome cover my shift & do my job? Or it had to be approved 1st. This is my husbands 1 st year as a veteran. He was so excited to take me to Starbucks. As online they published. Military and their spouse get a free coffee. We placed the order for two coffees and a snowman cookie. When we get to the register. They only gave me my husbands coffee and charge for my cookie. But they didn’t even bother making my coffee. Because they said military spouses didn’t qualified. They didn’t even bother making my coffee. I even told the employee. To charge me to the coffee and he said sorry man is not in the order. I have never had such a horrible experience. I don’t think I will ever be going back.
Usually I get my order perfectly made. This time the drink didn't not taste the same I don't know what it was that mad either taste horrible. Later on I kept drinking the drink and it started to make my stomach hurt. I actually felt like throwing up. Ends up it was just the drink, Besides that the brownie was ok.
