Dbk Israel the person that brought my food out had a really bad attitude. So order my food waited about 10 minutes then screen says food on its way by DBK Israel. So was like ok ten minutes later still no food and my screen says push button to order. So where is my food. So I press the button again. Told to please hold. So sit therefor another 5 minutes and finally here comes my order. My shakes are melted food is cold and my shake is not right. Ask to talk to supervisor and told they are to busy. So I walk in side and the worker in side gives me more attitude. The manager came out and gave me my money back, but the worst customer service I have ever had.
This sonic has to be the worst sonic in San Diego, all of the employees are rude, they’re always out of something, they take forever to take your order, it’s like this place is being run by children. I have never went through a drive-through and had them Never not greet me in a Friendly way.Go to sonic in national city if you’re looking for Rude, cold food, a place that is out of something every day, takes forever to get your order, oh and did I mention how rude the employees are. Who hires these people smhToday I drove to Santee from national city to go to the sonic there. They should Definitely take some pointers from the Santee location on how to run a Fast food restaurant.
It took a while to get my order started but the sign said they were short staffed. The food didn't take too long to come out.
I like the speed of the service here. They were out of certain items but the employees were very polite and helpful.
Although they're short staffed, our order was completed in a timely manner, and was very good. Staff were very polite and made sure we got our entire order even though we didn't realize we were missing anything and brought food out to us. Awesome experience.

Just keeps getting worse!... they take forever to take your order... tots taste old!!! And one time I had a roach leg! On my fries. But dumb me didn't take a picture... anyways this place is getting worse.
