Sarku is my favorite take out place they make delicious food and the prices are great for their portion size.
This might be a hidden gem when it comes to getting a quick grab to eat before or after shopping. Chicken, shrimp, or beef plates are delicious.

I just love Sarku's chicken teriyaki so much. I can either order the chicken teriyaki with noodles instead or rice, or with just veggies (no rice, no noodles) and always pay extra for double chicken, it's worth it. Or sometimes I'm in the mood for the Bento box with noodles instead of rice because it comes with sushi which obviously already has rice, and also pay for the extra portion of chicken. Love this place.

Sarku always has fresh food. The wait is a little long sometimes but it's worth it. Teriyaki chicken and California roll is a must!
My girlfriend and I love Sarku Japan’s teriyaki chicken plate. We always used to order from the one in Fashion Valley. Sadly they closed permanently recently and so we gave this location a try. My only gripes are that the portions are smaller and the chicken has less flavor for the same price as it’s Fashion Valley counterpart. I don’t know if the chefs at the Fashion Valley one lost their jobs but I’d totally look into rehiring them. All in all it’s still our favorite teriyaki chicken (even though it’s less flavorful) and we’ll continue to keep ordering from here.
