Service is amazing. Food is fresh and delicious. My only dissatisfaction is when (different visits) I ordered drinks they were out of certain alcohol ingredients for their cocktails and instead they w/o informing substituted with displeasing alternatives that I would have ordered something else had I just been told but, paid full price for something I didn't particularly cared for/ enjoyed. I'd go again but probably steer away from their cocktails and stick with beer or regular soft drinks just to play it safe.
The worse Red Robin I've been to. Was looking forward to a nice burger and ordered the new brisket burger that was here for a limited time. Asked for well done and got a raw looking small very flat burger patty it crumbled when touching it. The bun on the bottom was wet and soggy feel in your hands. On top was a teaspoon of brisket. Disappointed and I have had better burgers elsewhere even in Mexico for a third of what I paid for here.
Not only the worst Red Robin burgers we've ever had but possibly one of the worst burgers I've had ANYWHERE.Lousy cheap bread, thin meat, undercooked, and not much of a taste. Limp, cold fries.Barman was nice enough but busy & not the best at pulling pints. We love Red Robin & have been to plenty in more that one State but this place was lousy. I know times are tough with costs rising everywhere but this was beyond bad. We'll be back to Red Robin but not this location, which is sad as it's closest to us.
Amazing service..I have been to hundreds of restaurants in my life and I have never experienced service like this. We ordered drinks and before the waiter even finished with our food order we had drinks on the table. When we needed refills they were on top of it, we had new drinks right when we needed them, did not even have to ask. Our server Joe was amazing, we have a lot of food allergies and most restaurants screw it at least once. Our food came out perfect with no issues. I would recommend this place to anyone with food allergies.
Red Robins has good burgers available with bottomless fries (unlimited re-fills at not additional price). The shakes are delicious, one is enough for two people to share because they give you the left over shake in an separate cup. The customer service was good and the ambiance was great. No complaints!
First off the hostesses we're delightful and five star. After that the experience went downhill. We were given menus and drink menus. We ordered a cocktail off the menu and we're told they were out. We ordered a different cocktail. We both ordered burgers and ordered the tower of onion rings. The burgers were mediocre at best. They tasted like a cheap store bought frozen patty and were dry. The onion rings were overcooked. Tasted like they had been (over)cooked earlier then microwaved to be served. The service was minimal. We did sit in the bar area because that was the table available at the time. Even as the bar area emptied out we got minimal attention at our table. A memorable experience but not in a good way.
I was very impressed. We had a party of 25 and they took great care of all of us. I thought I was going to be waiting forever for refills on drinks and fries but I did not. We were all happy. The staff was very prepared. I recommend and of course the food was good.
On a very busy evening, we were taken care of nicely! Food came quick and was hot! Drinks were refilled frequently! Hot fresh fries all night.
Bottomless fries and side salads if you're trying to watch your numbers. I had the fastest friendliest service from James the bartender. My burger was so good and even though we're in the mall it didn't feel so hurried. I'll be back for more and to hear them sing someone else a lil birthday chant.
Food is good, service was a little slow. You are able to switch a beef patty for an impossible patty! (Plant based patty)
