Went to this location yesterday 3/27/22 at about 10:40 am. I arrived home only to find a massive piece of hair protruding out of my sandwich. The hair was completely entwined with the pickles in my sandwich. Completely disgusting and disappointed. It is obvious that hair nets/ sanitation is not the primary concern with this location.
I've gone to this location a few times and it sucks. Only Popeyes that messes up my order. I went and got an 8 piece chicken, and a spicy chicken tender combo with fries and a side of Mac and cheese. I was told I would have to wait 5 minutes for my spicy tenders so I waited 2 minutes until they told me they wanted me to wait by parking in their parking lot and I parked. After 10 minutes someone came out with fries which I had already received but I took anyway since I had to wait I was asked what I was still waiting for and I explained the spicy tenders. The guy comes back with a cold box and I go home. After getting home I saw the tenders were regular not spicy. The only reason I was told to wait was because they needed to make the tenders fresh and I ended up getting room temp regular tenders not spicy. Won't be going back to this location. Fruit punch was flat too.
I guess an employee messing up your order translates to an attitude.. to then mess up the order again ( no biscuits, no sauces.. etc.) and give me a receipt that’s completely different from what i ordered. I just left because im not gonna waste my time on dude with a man bun, and pink haired teenager.
Probably the worst popeyes in my city, Second time they messed up my order!! It’s literally simple, Family meal + Chicken Sandwhich. There family meal sucks and they only filled it with WINGS, No thighs or drums. Then they forgot a side of mash potatoes and my chicken sandwich. Then some of the staff don’t even know how to operate the cashier or enter codes .
Mgr was rude... employees talking and throwing food...mgr locked doors and would not let anyone else in... No biscuits...no pies...ordered a. 2 piece box and took over 30 mins..this place was a mess...
Not all Popeyes are built the same, this place is horrible! Seriously horrible! Soda's are flat, fries and chicken are cold and not fresh
Always great. The Mac n cheese might be the choice over red beans and rice.
The light sign said DRIVE THROUGH OPEN and it was on. The location said closed at 10:30 same on Google. Got there at 10:00 I waited for 10 minutes and there was another car in front of me, and nobody took my order or the car in front, got to the window the workers were there just laughing, they didn't even get closer to the window to say they were closed or something as you can see in the picture... I left and the open sign was still on... Luckily Subway was open ?
I took advantage of a great special. 2 Can dine for $10 with 5 pcs of chicken, 2 sides & 2 biscuits. Unfortunately the clerk's English was not very good & she didn't understand Spanish so it was difficult to understand her. But the food was great!
Horrible dinner cost $49 for 3 people and the chicken tenders were all batter and skin . No meat at all .the dr.pepper tasted like a mixture of all there soda it was just horrible. Really disappointing I use to love Popeyes now I will never go there again
