The girls in that shift where so rude .. I was asking them question and they look at me like I was stupid for asking that question .. and the girl that was in drive thru took my order and they send the cooker to give the other so I don’t ask them more question about the price .. is confusing because in the boars outside is says 8 pcs for 21.97 and when I go to the window is $30 something and I ask them why and they told me the chicken itself is 21.97 so the other girls was like I am not checking board like they taught I was lying ..I am definitely not coming to these again I rather drive 10 min to other Popeyes I have than with these rude as girls
The chicken is tremendously delicious and plump! Not like the other places that serve anorexic chicken. And the Mac & Cheese was out of this world. Compared to Chic Filet's Mac an cheese it was scrumptious. Not to mention you get ALOT more for ALOT cheaper. At first I was afraid the price would dictate the quality & taste of the product.....not the case here. It's as if there's more than two cheese types here. I will eat here in lieu of other chicken places and especially when I crave mac & cheese . Good job Popeyes!
I LOVE THEIR CHICKEN, why 1 star then? They didn't have boxes to put food in so Popeyes chicken was not selling chicken, but their website allows you to order and drive 20 min to pick it up to be told we're not selling chicken
Do not patronize this place! Ordered two sandwiches today, 3-8-22, and was politely asked to wait another 3 minutes in parking due to preparation of order. Parked and waited 3 minutes, no order. Waited another 3 minutes and still no order. Decided to go inside and was immediately met with attitude from hell! Sister girl who originally took the order at the drive thru window decided she needed to show me how bad an employee she is by yelling at me to wait and she did in fact tell me 7 minutes when she clearly stated 3. I requested a refund and was told it’ll take a few days due to it being a debit transaction. I looked at her and politely asked do I really look like I’m going to miss 10 bucks for a few days? Your concern should be getting that woman away from the drive thru window or you’re going to be dealing with a lot more customers than me. I would have waited 10 minutes but the attitude from hell flung me off quick.. be warned!!
I like Popeyes Kitchen, but the staff at this location is bad. We drove quite a ways. We ordered a 16 PC family meal which includes 3 large sides. They only included 2 sides! They didn't double check our order before handing it out to us. Terrible!!!
Good place to eat chicken. Not a whole lot to choose from the menu, but it's a decent amount of available choices. I go to this place every so often when they have certain offers. I would recommend friends and family to this restaurant for your chicken needs. Thanks, Popeyes!
Perfect Service and so friendly. I come 20 Minuten before they Close and the Young woman was so friendly and helps ne to find the best offer.thank you so much. I come Back the next time.the good was very fresh and the Chicken spicy
NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!This location has horrible customer service and never has the food you order ready.My wife and I went to this location and were told that our order wouldn't be ready for 10 minutes and if we could park out front and they would bring it out to us. We were fine with waiting for the 10 minutes, but 20 minutes passed so we went in to see what happened with our order. (Aaliyah) the employee tells that they gave our food to someone else, so I explain that at this point we've now been waiting for more 30 minutes. She just tells me, "I apologize." and turns her back and walks away as I'm still talking to her. I then ask to speak with the manager, (Angelique) which tells me the same thing, "I apologize, I will talk to her, have a good night." Absolutely nothing was done to resolve the issue. No customer service skills or concerns on how employees are rude and disrespectful to customers.Never go to this location, staff is rude and disrespectful.
The staff is always super friendly and they always are very professional. This is by far my favorite Popeye's location in San Diego
I am a 75 year old Navy Veteran who lives by himself. Tonight I ordered an 8 PC. Ala Carte chicken strips. 2 biscuits. One mashed potatoes. What I received was 2- 8 PC. Chicken Tenders. No taters. And red beans and rice. I have never ordered beans or rice at any food venue. I do not like either one. I was asked to sub. for the taters. I asked for Cajun fries! Potatoes! Not rice. Not beans. And wow! $42.00 and I'm on a fixed income. Give me a little break here. I ate three pieces tonight! Only 13 left! Help!
