Easy in, easy out... Easy to get what was ordered... Not exactly. I picked up the order but I wasn't the one who placed the order, all I knew was to pick up two pizzas. Neither pie was as ordered and one was completely different from what was ordered.There exists a number of reasons why this happened and I'm not going to place blame without knowing precisely why it did. Be sure to 1) know what is to be picked up and 2) check it before you leave the store.
To be honest i haven't had Pizza Hut in a while but the pizza was really good and made pretty quick. I believe this location can benefit from more outside lighting.
For pick up customers, have employees actually open the pizza box to confirm actual pizza ordered, not go by reciept. Had to make second trip due to that error, plus my own fault for not looking at it.
Horrible experience!! At first they get my order wrong so i called in and they said they will be able to fix it and send me another pizza but id have to pay for delivery witch is okay but then i also placed an additional order of wings and its now been an hours since i didnt get my food i called in to check the order status and the guy told me he was getting a manager and had me waiting almost 30 mins of being on hold just supper unprofessional I would give this place 0 stars if possible.
I ordered some spicy garlic wings and they were Not spicy or tasted like Garlic. Improved on delivering taste in your wings my first time ordering wings and I was not satisfied at all.
i was missing 1 extra pizza , i ordered with the triple box. the driver Allen said , the lady was talking to him in spanish , and gave him the triple box with out the additional pizza , it was raining hard , Allen tried calling the center , was on hold, for a good while, i finally got through , aqnd explained i was missing a pizza , said said it would be sent right away. i had to call again, to tell her my pizza was still not there. after the 4th try she said she would be sending it out. it was ridicilous, i said yes it is. $54.00 later and a $8.00 tip it finally arrived in 1.50 hours later cold , the kids still ate it being they were hungry, I miss my pizza hut from Chula vista for delivery , they were always on point , never failed on my deliveries ,,. Who ever I spoke to said she would give my credit for $20.00 for next visit. I honestly think i wont be using pizza hut again, in this area , I will continue to order from Rancho bernardo for my Employees. thank you. G.Ortega
I always order the garlic buttery crust. I now have found out that they do Not offer the garlic buttery crust, I was very disappointed. Please reconsider bringing back the garlic butter. Thank you
This pizza was so good, had a nice amount of meat and veggies, usually have to hunt for ingredients on the crust. My compliments to whoever did the toppings on my pizza, well done.
This Pizza Hut is always on time and has delivered or had my order ready ASAP. this is my go-to Pizza Hut. Their wings are superb.
