Placed an order for 2 pepperoni pizza but as soon as I hung up called back to change on of my topping.. I was placed on hold to find out I was calling a call center. she transferred me to the store and it literally rang 20 times.. I came to the store to informed the that nobody was picking up the calls!! And she said “oh I was super busy and couldn’t pick up the call” ??? I was like well I’m confused why would you be busy with orders when you have a call center!! Ridiculous!!

Worst experience ever. Just ordered a NY style pizza, got a plain pepperoni pizza. Not to mention I'm missing 2 other items I ordered. Papa John's is expensive, I expected better quality, and not to be ripped off. What kind of business are you running Shaq? I expect a better quality coming from a business you own.

Worst company ever I bet Shaq wouldn't even put his name on a company that does people like this takes your money doesn't deliver the right food then you do get food which has somebody else's name on the box and it's cold looks like you've been sitting in the window for 10 hours you call the third shift supervisor and she says she don't care it's somebody else's problem they're getting ready to close who runs a business like this and who has managers like this this company is horrible order from somewhere else the quality is not right the customer service is not right.
Ordered a late night pizza on the 22nd and never showed up , no email that it was on its way . I demanded my refund only to find out they charged me two days later in the amount of $35.07 twice the second charge was on the 24th . Do not get pizza at this papa johns period.
I am posting this on behalf of my sister. Not only was her delivery running later than expected, she just dealt with the worst customer service and I'm talking about someone speaking condescendingly as if my sister was incompetent. When the pizza hadn't arrived yet, my sister called Papa John's. They said that the delivery just left 5 min ago and to call back if it was still not there in 15 min. Fifteen minutes had passed and my brother and sister checked outside first (before calling again) and the pizza was still not there. She called Papa John's to let them know it did not arrive and was given the option to refund or remake the pizza, which my father and brother chose to remake. Apparently after this phone call and having told them to remake the order, the pizza arrived. My sister had to call again to let Papa John's know that it finally arrived after waiting for one hour and this is what this lady said, "okay so when I say you should check, you should check" and she said that with a hint of attitude.. Benefit of the doubt, this lady probably did not know how long my family waited for this one order, but regardless, that was very unprofessional. My father was also very upset after hearing that. My sister also said that the lady caught herself and tried to save herself but it was already too late. Damage was done. We will never order from this place again.
Waited for pizza outside cause only one customer with mask inside. Stood outside and pizza was ready no one called me outside
If I can give this place a 0 I would. Bad pizza and even worse customer service. The girl who took my order was really rude.
