Customer service was fine. Food as expected. Sign says they closed at 10pm. However they locked all the outside chairs at 3pm.

I been reading the reviews on the low stars here and honestly people are complaining about things that can be solved with logic. I love eating out, since i work all day most of the day so i usually grab food out. I have learn that when you give out good attitude you will receive the same back. People keep going out without masks when it has now been 2 years. Some places still required mask. Why pretend to be a newborn mind when your 25 and over. If i wanna go somewhere i look up their site on hours and offers. Why show up last 3 minutes of closing and expect to have a full table of food? I been going to panda for many years and honestly by the reviews people say customer service is bad. Maybe try showing up with a “how are you” question. The people that dont know how to talk to a worker to get service are either homeless or careless. Some of us have jobs, i always treat others how i want to be treated at my job. Panda Express you guys are doing great. Thank you for becoming essential for the people that care and dont care about you guys. And for the ones who dont care are probably people with home problems. You guys are fine. Wish i can give you more stars.

Worst customer service ever. They’re also very slow when it comes to online orders. If you order it ahead of time they still won’t make it until you get there. They prioritize the people in line than the people who already paid for their food online.

I've never had a bad experience here other than having to wait too long in line but longer for the online orders. Today our order was supposed to be ready at 2:30pm, and when we got here (2:31pm) the order was still not ready. We stayed in line and 2:38pm we got to the front of the line. The lady had our order receipt on the counter, forgotten.l, and started preparing it when we asked them to.We didn't get any sort of apology.

Horrible experience! Ordered online for pickup and two of my dishes had missing items. Been calling the store for two days now but no one ever answered. Feel totally scammed.

They was ok they messed my order up and then the next day I was sick to my stomach from their food.

I dislike having to choose from the items because I want to eat everything!!! Beijing beef makes me perspire profusely! I LOVE it!!!!!

Super BUMMED OUT! We work late like after 10pm often and come to this Panda Express because they are open late usually about every week to 2 weeks....well we arrived at 10:39 & the Open sign was on. Walked in and they were closed. We were so so bummed out and they just lost a $40 to $50 sale since we always order extra for the kids and egg rolls etc.

Everything was overcooked. The rice and the noodles were burnt. When we were ordering they didn't have any options. There was no cream cheese wontons nor any teriyaki chicken. When I asked for a double order of orange chicken the girl serving it put two scoops into one plate and then the manager told her that she was putting too much. The next order she did she did one scoop and half of the other. They also forgot to give me a 3rd side so I had to go back up there and ask for it. Overall very poor franchise. We won't be back.
