This is a small taco shop that offers a small but flavorful menu to pick from. The prices are good for the portions and flavors.I ordered 3 tacos and a basket of tortilla chips. Adobada, Carne Asada, and Cabeza- Drinks• Various Mexican sodas• No Beer- Corn Tortillas• Tortillas are hand made in house and have a good thickness to hold the juicy meats and fillings.• Tortillas Chips are store bought tortillas that they deep fry themselves.- Meats• Cabeza was very tender with a fatty marrow texture to it. It was good with the sauces but on its own could use some salt or seasoning to enhance the flavor of the meat.withCilantro ? & Onions • Adobada On its own was good, tender, full of flavor and not dry. This was the best of the three.withGuac ? Cilantro ? & Onions • Carne Asada was good. TJ style for sure. On its own felt dry compared to the others but the meat was good and had a crispness it it.withGuac ? Cilantro ? & Onions - Sauces• Red has a good smoky flavor and a mild spicy kick. It had good flavor and I ate this mostly with the chips instead of the Borracho salsa.• Green has a good tomatillo flavor and blended well together. Very well made. I prefer a spicy sauce but kept eating this one with the chips too.• The Borrcho Salsa for the chips I’m not a fan of. It has a certain flavor to it that I can’t get use to.. but it looks good and it’s chunky.Overall I enjoyed the meal and will return again to try their other menu items.
First time visiting MI Tierra Super Taco, had the 2-gordita order, it was delicious! Tasty, well prepared, and good pricing. The place needs some upkeep, but the reason for giving it only 4 stars is the cashier's (order taker) attitude- she needs some customer service classes.

Everything about this order was great from the fish tocos to the horchata, the flour tortilla is massive, the corn ones are better though, imo thick n authentic,can’t go wrong either way. Large servings, reasonable prices, and fast service.

Not as good as it was many years ago when they had fantastic roasted chicken. Now its just average Mexican fast food. Nothing to make it stand out or to say a certain plate is above average. For me it was disappointing ?
If they had more than five stars they would definitely earn it this food is home cooking handmade tortillas very nice service I'm telling you the food is outstanding if you're new to the area you definitely have to give it a try I promise you this is the closest down home traditional Mexican food you're going to get unless you want to go over the border lolThis place stays busy but it's a fast wait tv, air , music & lady's, your good it's WORTH It.
I just ordered a caldo de res at 9:20pm and they said 10 mins I'm here and they're ignoring me through the window, it clearly says they close at 9:45 pm . Why did they waist my time and gas instead of saying it's too late on the phone I don't know this place sucks the food was for my toddler
Dropped in while in town for the astros game last Friday I had the Birria my son ordered menudo & 2 Birria tacos . Awesome food. If u like authentic this is your must stop. Nothing fancy, no nonsense just good food like moms cooking. Please open a place in houston lol
