Not only was my large cup filled with ice to the top, I was left with no soda I then I asked for a refill while I was choking on my food. Poor management and very dirty messy eating area. DO NOT RECOMMEND. 2 to 3 employees were rude and will ignore you for several minutes to take your order or simply ask for condiments.
They gave me a cold apple pie when I ordered a warm one and she handed me the soda that was dripping down the sides of the cup and looked at me weird. I asked for napkins and she gave me one napkin. Unbelievable. I'm not going to let the soda drip all over my car. She had an attitude and wouldn't give me the warm apple pie unless I gave her back the other one. I ended up throwing it away because I don't trust them. I asked for the manager and both of them said they were the manager. Lol. Food , drinks and service is horrible.
A few blocks from my house. I give them a chance every now and then... And almost every single time, they screw up my order. Almost ... There was the time I asked for ketchup and they gave me extra salsas... ?At least they are making money!
Ordered through Uber went to >7< drivers and never got my order.They're terrible don't at the very least order from them. They gonna waste your time plus driver's time.
This McDonald's location has very fast and reliable curbside food delivery. I have never had a problem in over 20+ times coming here and using the mobile app.
This Mc Donald's fills your cup with ice to the very brim of you don't specifically ask them not to. To save time and accuracy only use the app, never talk to the staff. Bathroom code is one the receipt.
I don’t know what’s the problem but the employees need to be retrained or something. Yesterday was the third time my order was incorrect, you guys have the easiest job and comprehending a person order isn’t hard!
Seems like their good service has gone downhill to nonexistent. McDonalds is no longer child-friendly anymore. Also, did you know that they no longer refill your drink? I didn’t either. At least the Plaza Blvd, National City, CA location does not. It’s not posted on their app, in the store and it wasn’t made public. If you want a refill, then get you better get your food at Jack In The Box.
You can totally tell that most of the employees are new...lines way too long and everything moving way too slow. It's fast food for goodness sake! Not rocket science.
Getting real tired of asking for no tomatoes only to keep getting tomatoes even though the the order sticker itself says so. The sandwich was made wrong, they gave me mayo instead of the spicy sauce on my Spicy Deluxe crispy chicken sandwich.
