I went in for a filet of fish sandwich at 9:30 am. They only serve breakfast at that time. The restrooms in poor condition. I remember when McDonald's used to be clean and Friendly. Not so much any more!
Actually a pretty nice McDonalds. Staff is competent and seems to always get my order correct and no missing items....
Poor customer service by Employees order are always wrong. Has new employees every time you walk in there. Order kiosk don't work employees don't pay attention to kiosk if there are problem no table numbers. This Mc ds need to be better supervise
They don't have the happy meal toy that I specifically ask for and they said they had, when I picked up the meal the toy was completely different.
The fries……… I got a McDouble and my large fries.. nicely surprised. Everything looked good and tasted good. John, bless his heart was trying his best..
It took one bite to know this was not a Filet-O-Fish.I just got off work and was so happy to buy my favorite hamburger.I take a bite and it’s cold… the bread and fish felt burned and hard… it taste nothing like it should.I decided to open it, and was so surprised to find out that this had only 1/2 of a cheese square, 1/2 of a fish filet, and has just a smear of my favorite sauce.I have attached a picture of what YOU McD claim to sale and the reality of what this place offers.I also asked for a soda and the soda tasted nothing like a normal soda would. (This is another story)This place needs a change!!!!!!!!!!
Is just your typical McDonald's but can be extremely busy during certain times of the day.
Services very slow no one ask me for help. I'm still standing notice this place very bad reviews. Question is why the company appears not to care about the reviews. Manager and staff need to be trained again.
Why can't I get some hot and fresh French fries at this location? I swear every time I go to McDonald's mainly for a large fries but they always come basically room temp. At least I can pop them into the oven at home and rejuvenate my cold little fries. But like what's the point of driving through if the food isn't going to be hot?? I've gotten cold cheeseburgers here too like is it that hard to make a single cheese burger in the 10mins it takes to get from the order screen to the window? Idk what yall are doing here
This McDonalds looks like city hieghts and Euclid same version with homeless loitering and keeping the tables dirty and gross. The workers dont service with a smile . Eating at that franchise in this community isn't satisfying knowing this place is gay
