**los Panchos Taco Shop**My father used to take our family to eat here, i mist have been in 1st or second grade.Dad past away many years ago but he lives in our hearts & memories.i hope God forgave his sins and that his is heaven. **SI, MAMÁ. I remember the EVIL CANIVIL GAME they had.it was lots of fun. Ohh & the food is one of the best around.please give me a thumbs up...in remembrance of DAD!!!THANKS*TO* ALL.
Always loved Panchos Authentic Mexican food but I quite didn’t like the service provided at this place. I liked the salsa bar and how spicy it was, plenty of seating space and clean.
Worst customer service of a female employee/cashier 2/8/22 6pmThey made our order wrong so we called as soon as we got home and called them she answered and said they did mess up on one thing but it was actually 2 and told us we never said anything about the second one or she would've made a note and she laughed about it I asked her why was she laughing cause I didn't think it was funny and she responded to what I can't laugh now. I don't know who trains their cashiers or where do they find them but if you don't like your job or don't know how to do it properly you shouldn't be working there definitely won't be coming back and the owners should do something about her customer service since clearly she doesn't know how to act. Disrespectful childish and very unethical
Los Pancho's has a variety of Mexican dishes to choose from. I especially like their shrimp ceviche and their 7 mares soup is flavorful. They have a dining area and bathroom available for it's customers. Overall, I recommend Los Pancho's to those who enjoy good Mexican food.
They don't put guacamole on their rolled tacos! ?? You have to pay extra and it's not a full serving of guacamole that will cover the rolled tacos! It's like $6 for only five rolled tacos and $16 for 15 rolled tacos and you don't get guacamole?! Only sour cream and pico de gallo. ? I got the chille relleno and cheese enchilada with beans, rice, and a little salad instead. The chille relleno was good. ?? Nice customer service and clean tables. ???? I didn't have to wait that long either for my food. ?? Just FYI if you want taquitos! ?
Super good food. Portions cold big bigger but prices are competitive with other shops and the food is always good.

The carne.asada. meat needs seasoning. It's water plain flavor.
Terrible customer service experience. Terrible!We asked for 3 burritos, 2 breakfast ones and 1 meat one. The lady gave us the 3 burritos, the two breakfast ones together and the other one separate. Since they're wrapped we just took them, sat down and started eating. I started last. I take a bite and I immediately dislike it! I notice pieces of meat inside it and notice it is not mine. We tell the lady on the counter that mine was the wrong one and she says she gave us what we ordered, so we realize that there was a mistake when she handed it to us as she didn't put together the two similar ones.While this situation was taking place she just left the burrito unopened, on the counter, with one or two flies flying over it and even standing on it.She started blaming us that it was our fault, and then turned around. She then came back and asked why the other person was eating a burrito that they hadn't asked for, with an attitude. I explained that it wasn't our intention, that we just started eating what we thought was ours, and that I wasn't going to eat what someone else (who's not my relative) started eating already.She grabbed my burrito and threw it in the trashcan really mad, with really bad attitude. I couldn't believe that she was being this rude.Good thing is that she changed my burrito, but I don't feel like coming back to this place again.The other lady, when I was trying to get some salsas and carrots, basically got me out of the way and started refilling the carrot pan. She took her time to do it, and even though she saw that I had to move so that she could refill it, she didn't even say "excuse me" or seem to care that the customers (me and another person) were waiting for her. Also rude!They have good food, though.
This place is ok, there's better quality/ quantity of food for the same price at other taco shops around this area.
