You know what so sorry to have this pizza place right on plaza, they never got pizzas ready every time I go they never have pizzas we gotta wait 20-30 minutes and their always serving us with a bad attitude.. the worst pizza ever, it's like the 20th time and they never ever have pizza ready.
Food is good but my pizza had some plastic thingy in it
Took an hour to get my order the staff was arguing and yelling at each other like crazy , super unprofessional I believe the manager in charge was named annita, she was the one mainly yelling telling everyone to shut up . Horrible experience ????
2nd time that I have received an under cooked pizza. I ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza and both of them were under cooked.That dough in the photo has no structure or rise.Also, I recommend over estimating the wait time instead of telling customers sooner then having them wait.I'm still waiting to speak with someone over the phone to let them know to add another minute on their impinger ovens, but alas wasting another 10 m minutes of my time.
No customer service rendered! They were only accepting cash at the time I went in. She said all day they had a problem. Then I asked about the lunch special on the register, she said yes. So, when I was ordering it, she said they didn't have it anymore. I proceeded to show her and she said, we don't have that special anymore. I asked why was it there then, ahw said we don't have it anymore, so I walked out! Never again! I had a hungry 6 year old with me also. But I wasn't giving them my business. I went to McDonalds down the street.
They are so dum and stupid to understand how I want the pizza ? I'm not Recomend buy there if you guys want diferent pizza.
My son will only eat cheese pizza, with extra cheese and extra sauce. So last night I ordered 2 large Cheese pizzas with extra cheese and extra sauce. I always order him this at other pizza places and it's always fine. Well last night I got the pizzas and they put an excessive amount of sauce on the pizzas. Like waaaay too much. There was so much sauce the pizza was not edible. The dough was soggy and there was so much sauce the cheese just slid off the pizza. It was literally dripping with sauce when you would pick up a slice. This is the worst pizza we ever received in our lives and it was saturated with sauce and soggy we had to throw them away. I will never again order from them again! Definitely lost a customer! I just it takes rocket science to make a pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce these days. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I doubt the people who made these pizzas would eat them, so why would they think that my son would. Totally unacceptable and I would have taken them back but I was already home and didn't want to drive 20 minutes each way to take them back.
Second time getting pizza and not cooked enough. Seen them take the pizza out of the oven too soon!
They don’t open on time , it says 10:30 and they said the open at 11
I ordered 3 pizzas I got 1 wrong, called to speak with the manager her answer was she's not able to be everywhere she didn't want to give me her name, that 3 pizzas were also cut very bad like it was a child doing it, the manager doesn't care about her job cuz she's not willing to fix the problem she rather hag up on me terrible management TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
