I ordered a bbq rib plate with extra bbq chicken and i didnt get tha xtra bbq chicken they gave me 2rolls of spam and rice wrapped never ordering from here again
This L&L location has bad customer service and serves raw chicken. I will never come back to this location. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Good luck trying to place an order via phone. It's so hard to get a hold of anyone. Everytime I call, it's either no answer, or a busy tone for minutes on end.
Good value for the money. Hawaiian takeout it's okay for a quick dinner
Quality of this location has gone down! Walked in and it looked like a storage room with boxes and chairs stacked. Mostly all signage is hand written. The food quality was terrible. Rice was old and hard, very clumpy. The pork chop that is now served rather than the spareribs was dry, beef was high in fat, and the chicken lacked lots of flavor. Disappointing because this used to be our go to spot.
I don't mind paying for an expensive food as long as you treat us with positive attitude. The cashier there name Elyssa is so rude, unfriendly and giving us those "i hate being here" face.
I always eat chicken katsu. Today it was a big disappointment. Chicken was not good, and the sauce was disgusting.!!!super salty.
Not clean, have an awful dirty smell, staff pretty rude, and they don’t respect the deals of the day rather look for a cleaner L&L and RESPECT the deals plz.
Staff is always super friendly ?, the food has good portions, always fast and fresh! My go to spot for Hawaiian food ??
What A SURPRISE! DAM! WHEN i open my chicken katsu up! So delicious! So much of it! Im even taking some home and what a great deal. You guys ROCK!????????????
