They could do better. Food quality is not bad, average. Service is pretty good, decent selection on the menu.However, when I order breakfast and get one slice of cold toast and I have to butter it myself, I'm not happy. If I want to butter it myself I could have stayed home and made my own and saved money.
I went here twice on my vacation and I have mixed feelings. The first time I went here I had a great experience the waitress checked on me consistently and made sure I had everything I needed. The second time I went here the guy gave me a menu and took awhile to come back so I ordered my food on my own with the QR code on the table. When I received my food he asked me did I need anything else, I said no and he just walked away. While I was eating my food he didn’t check on me. I know I’m not the most friendly looking or have the friendliest energy but in my opinion that was rude. I didn’t say anything that was rude and I didn’t talk much. All wanted was decent service and I didn’t receive that my second time. I guess the service depends on the day and the waiter.
First time eating here and food,service,cleanliness was great. Definitely we will go back to see the bands on the weekend.

First time here with a friend and I was a little hesitant because I am definitely someone who likes to stick with what I know, but she insisted on trying this place and Iâm glad we went because it was great! I didnât have high hopes for our food because what we had ordered were pretty basic items, but it was literally so good and everything was super tasty, way better than expected. I got the strawberry margarita and I swear it was perfect, so yummy. The presentation of our food was nice as well. We also had a great waitress, she was super friendly. Everything was clean and the inside was relaxing, and itâs not overly expensive. Good pricing for having a really meal & drinks. The only thing we were disappointed with was we were really looking forward to eating outside because it was a sunny day and we were not able too!
Kimballs rocks. Management is amazing and they work sooo hard. Thank you Bobby and Marty. Food is great and service is the best it can be with the amount of workers. We completely understand and know there can be challenges. The music is incredible!! Keep up the great work! We are big fans of Kimballs

great service awesome music as usual but only concern is that we read a note on our reserved table that read that we can no longer make reservations, this is going to be a tough one, my wife an I have our date/dinner/dance nights there and we make reservations because I get out of work with very little time to spare before our dinner dates 5:45 band starts at 6:00 thanks, Manny
Everything was great and so delicious but Guacamole ordered was so tiny not worth 4dollars..Sorry still as good as when it was Goodies...years ago.
