Depending on the staff your meal can be enjoyable or miserable.I will go to another jack with better staff.Update: 4-24-22Just got a response from someone from Jack In the boxbecause of their response they lost another star now to a ONE star.they did not even offer any incentive to come back to that locationbut they are good at a lot of mambo jumbo talk on their reply.No wonder why this location doesn't meet the quality service a customer should get every time regardless the shift.
Egg on breakfast jack and meat on Jr bacon cheese burger was burnt. Fries old and didn't even fill the fry pouch.

I had my breakfast here 02/06/22 0815.When i walked inside there were 2 gentlemen sitting by the front door. One of them is drinking coffee and the other one was charging his phone. When i was at the counter. I was told to leave because i dont have a mask. So i left and went to get me a mask and went back inside. . I ordered a coffee and sit at the table. after 6 minutes. I waa told to leave because only allowed customers to eat 5 minutes.. i asked why. because i am not done with my coffee. You cant kicked me out. The lady said. You have to leave .. only 5 minutes.. on my way out, i notices the guy who was charging his phone is not wearing a mask and he has been there before me and he has stay longer than 5 minutes. I hate to say this.. but the EMPLOYEES OF THE JACK IN THE BOX IN PLAZA BLVD ARE RUDE AND THEY ARE PREJUDICE.. I DONT HAVE ANYTHING AGAINST THE GENTLEMAN CHARGING HIS PHONE WITHOUT A MASK..BUT THE EMPLOYEE MADE HIM STAY LONGER WITHOUT MASK BECAUSE THEY ARE THE SAME COLOR...

The jumbo Jack was good the tacos were good. They did not give us any ketchup and I did ask for it. I do like other Jack-in-the-Box better.
We did drive through and felt hurried to get our order in. By the time we reached the window we were told they were out of salads. We ended up leaving with no food.
Got hungry and thought I would give this spot another chance because the night shift female that always take my order and when I ask if I can get 2 more buttermilk and she rolled her eyes.. she act like the butter milk sauce is coming out her paid check .. she got a bad attitude
