Sandwich was perfect but the Fry's were dead cold after waiting 15+ minutes you would think the curly Fry's would be fresh, disappointing.
Not really a fan of the fries but that is a personal thing. Quick service through the drive thru and at a price significantly lower than del taco and obviously less than buster and Dave's (food actually tasted better too).
Always so busy, food usually good but last 2x something smelled kinda rancid in my sourdough jack....Old sauce?
I ordered pick-up so I can try the new nacho tacos. They tasted pretty good but not all of them had even seasoning which sucks 'cause the seasoning was good. I had to stand at the cashier window and wait a little bit to pick up my online order (about 5 minutes) to be helped when I got there because the cashier lady was helping prepare orders a bit and I don't mind the small wait because I also work in food service so I know how hard it can be to keep up with the work during the pandemic. Good service and good food ?
I like going to Jack's every now and then. Always receive Fast Service, Food, and at a great price.
Mini tacos were fresh and so much better than the last time I was here
Only went through the drive thru this time . they have great customer service and are accommodating. The last time I came I ordered coffee and wanted the caramel and whip cream added .and it wasn't a problem. This place can get busy and the employees seem to all have really good attitudes.
Not good in San ysidro blv 721 bye the trolley station and the security always wants to put hand's on people will not be going to that jack & going to let family & Freund's not to go to that jack ...

National City on Highland was AWFUL!!! I got a bacon ultimate and they put a half a head of lettuce piles of mustard and the meat was salty!! Never Eat Here Again!!
