So for what ever reason this location always gives me problems. Today I go to the drive in and inform the person taking my order that" I am getting 3 orders/combos, first one is""oh hold on you can only do 2 order if u want more your going to have to come in to the store." I then say"are you kidding me"me thinking he playing with me he was like"no".I tell him"I'm boxed in so I can't order."He said nothing. I get out of and ask thr lady behind me if she could back up because they were not going to let me order.This was not the service I normally get here. I'll take my money somewhere place.I normally don't give bad or negative comments on food establishment.
It was saturday may 7 at 8: 44 pm when i tried to go into the dinning room of this place, when an afroamerican worker closed the front door moving her head negatively. I insisted nocking the glazz door and she insisted moving the door in the same way. Some workers told me that if there are not 3 to open the lobby, they serve through the dribe throu only. But that was not the case that day. Now, it was 6: 20 am and i found the same. . . the lobby closed and only 2 ladies working for the drive throu. Bad place to eat.
Worst experience 2 times in a row . Went in a week ago and found a piece of buttermilk plastic container lid in my son's burger . Called in the same day ,they said they replace . went to pick up today and ordered some more food hoping they'll give me my order right .. well I got home again and I open my bags and my order is wrong . Dude I called and the girl hung up as I'm telling her very nicely an error had been done again .. they stopped answering the phone
Terrible customer experience. I went here twice yesterday, and the lady in the window didn't greet, didn't say thank you or your welcome after I said thank you. She actually didn't say anything at all. Not sure if she was a robot or if she just didn't want me to come back.However, I like the food from here. I like the fat that they sell breakfast all day long, why would a restaurant decide not to?!
Wasn't accepting cash? Heard em tell the guy behind me out of tacos ?? Had to sut in line for so long even tho I couldn't order anything...
Did not take E B T ok and were very hungry ok and had to wait im line and waste gas & time ok had to wait in the drive-thru and they did not accept because the machine and the computer was down ok

My sister thought the blond girl at the drive thru window was cute not only because of her tattoos, also the food was good! We are the ones with the mobile order around 8-9pm :3
went to here around 7 pm there was nobody in jhere i ordered my food and i waited for my food i had just got off work and i was ready to go home i asked adriana the manager if i could have my food she that ive waited long enough she turned around and said something to the lady and then came and told me we have people in the driveway the way she told me was very nasty i asked for manager she said she was manager i told her she lacked customer service for being a manager she started calling me names crazy in front of her workers adruana needs to be fired there is alot of people around there that ate mentally ill she even told me she was medical asst gor her to be calling people crazy she needs to have her licensed revoked i get paid at work to msge even threatened to call the cops because i asked for my food this needs to stop really she steroetypes people ugly ver ugly
It was the longest wait time I've ever done in a drive thru. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what the reason was but it just took 20 minutes to get my food and there were only 4 cars in front. plus they did not follow my requests on the food, I refused to go back to lose more time
