Ridiculous on how many people are waiting and on how many empty tables were in there... If they need employees, then pay more and more until you are properly staffed. No empty tables means much more money to cover your salaries.... Me and my group of 7 total left... Easy $200 bill and I saw at least 4 ppl leave during my 3 minutes there
The only reason I gave 2 stats is the cooks were on top of it, food was good. But service and cleanliness is not at its best. I use to work for IHOP, and never seen such poor quality service compared to how we were trained. I stood at the door waiting to be seated at least 5 minutes. One lady ahead of me. When someone walked up she immediately spoke with her. No "I'll be right with you, or someone." Then another young lady comes up to the counter like she assumed I was ordering to go. She just looked at me, no words. So I tell her, 1 for dining please. She then goes around to the menus and walks to a small table, in a very desolate spot. I waited 5 more minutes. Sadly there were only 4 occupied tables in the whole store. No one approached my table. One was busy chatting with another customer. So I got up and went to to tell the young lady I want to move to a window seat. It was almost 5 minutes again, a shift manager came up. "Were you ready to order?" Well yeah I've been ready. It was 5 minutes after that that the actual server asked if I wanted to start with a drink. ... um... too late. Now I'm sitting here writing this review while I'm still waiting for someone to come back.
The ladies working are kind and courteous, it's always a pleasure to walk into Ihop. The food is delicious and when I asked for condiments for my burger and pancakes I was given plenty, not just a couple ? thank you!
It was a very busy day today at I have national city. We got to our seats way in the back corner.. The windows were horrible looking we're looking from the outside and inside. The salt and pepper Bottles were disgusting . But we had a great waiter.
I had a very bad experience... we walked in waited a bit for the waitress than she came and just said table for 3 and walked away. No follow this way lady was rude.. I asked an employee a question she walked away... ended up going to the bathroom and it was not clean at all toilet paper over filling the trashcan and white stuff all over the toilet and pipe and toilet paper cover it was gross... looked up and saw a cockroach.... lost my appetite ? not coming back
Greeted very nicely by employees. Not a long wait time.Food was great,waitress ck'd on our visit at least 3 times.And very helpful.
It was crowded when we went on a Sunday morning. We waited almost 30 minutes. Our order was taken as soon as we were seated ?. The coffee ☕️ was fresh brewed. Our order came out fast. The food was good. Our server was fast and was checking ✔️ on us once in while. It was a good Sunday morning ? breakfast.
Took a while to get seated, a while to be served and every plate had something missing or incorrect. Waitress did her best to fix without complaint or attitude. Very, very busy but great food!
It's been a while since I've last been here. It hasn't lost its touch on great food good service. Good coffee to start the day and those mouth watering pancakes eggs and sausage. Fresh orange juice toast with jam. Plenty elbow room. Lots of things to do before or after breakfast there are many gift shops a variety of restaurants. Fast foods lots of parking. There are Motels Inns and just about everything. Movie theater not found here. But aren't far. I love it here. A must try for the entire family. Check it out yummy for your tummy...
This IHOP is excellent, considering they are short staffed since many workers haven't returned to the workforce. Hats off to Maria C. for doing the work of 4 people. She seated all the guests and took the orders for the whole restaurant, brought our drinks and bussed the tables. She apologized for the delay of food orders, since they only had one cook. We didn't mind the wait, since we saw how hard she worked to serve everyone. We appreciate the hard efforts and want to publicly acknowledge it. Thanks again!!! Highly recommend!!!
