The food is decent, offering a smashed burger patty. There's solid variety, without being overwhelming. But the real secret sauce is their fry sauce, something you don't see often.
Great food as always but the dining area was easily the dirtiest I've ever seen. Every single table was dirty, the floor was covered in food, ketchup packets and trash, the trash cans were overflowing and had not been tended to for a long while and the entire staff was just standing around talking. I counted 6 people behind the counter by the drive thru window all standing around chatting while the dining area remained an absolute mess. The three customers that came in and ordered were obviously upset that they had nowhere to sit that was even close to clean. It was apparent that there wasn't a manager on duty or, if there was one, they didn't have any control over their staff. They were nearly two hours from closing so I couldn't even chalk it up to them simply putting off closing procedures. Absolutely disgusting presentation that only got two stars because the food was good. To the owner: please find a shift manager for Saturday night or have a serious discussion with your current one. They are not doing their job at all.
The foods great, the shakes are great but the customer service is horrible. The employees made a mistake and gave us a cup with a hole in it, my dad took it back to hopefully get a new one (which he did but was melted) but had to explain that they owed him a shake since his original had a hole in it. It took them a bit before he finally got and then got a comment of, "Don't choke" when he got handed his shake. Who says that? Don't choke, that's not cool. I hope Freddie's hires better individuals in the future.
Ah, This place is absolutely awesome! Food is out of this world! The fries are amazing love how thin they are. The people are great too. You won't be disappointed. The Midwest's best kept secret.
We LOVE Freddy’s! Fresh and fast food that is delicious is hard to find, but Freddy’s succeeds!! And don’t get me started on their concrete, it is amazing! Staff was friendly and extremely helpful as well. Wish we had one closer to home!
Sucked up from my shake what I'm praying is a crescent shaped piece of glue but distinctly reminds me of a fingernail. Definitely not going back here.
Normally fine but yesterday I ordered a 5 piece tenders and what I got was 5 very small pieces all less than a 3rd of the size of what is normally a chicken tender. Very disappointed. Also the cashier seemed to have a hard time grasping that fact I wanted to order a milkshake so that was weird.
I'm really glad I don't live close by, I would be eating here all the time. The best burger I've had in a while. The signature turtle Sunday was freaking good ?!
Best burger ever. Flavorful, thin style patties with slightly crispy edges. I prefer California style with lettuce & tomatoes, etc. instead of their default which is pickles and mustard. And the shakes... omg the shakes... the Oreo brick is heavenly.
Dinning room is still closed not due to COVID now it’s due to being understaffed. Hire more people or take turns keeping dinning room clean. Don’t keep using excuses. Poor management doesn’t get our world turning.
