I love love love the people who work here. I'm a proud regular at this location. I'm originally form Boston, which has a several dunkies locations in just about every single town, it was a shock to find out there are only a handful of dunkies in the entire city of San Diego and it's surrounding areas! Luckily, this one was the closest to both of the places we've rented here. I never visit the others just due to the staff, they really are great. They knew my order within the first couple of visits and every time I'm waiting for my food at the window, they strike up a conversation. That comes as a relief since drive thrus are usually sort of awkward if you have to wait for food and the cashier just stands there with the window open, totally silent. I tip them extra whenever I have cash on me, because as someone who worked at multiple dunkin donuts locations in Boston, I know what they put up with there and how bad some of the customers treat them throughout each shift. The line here can get long, like sometimes there are cars lined up in the street, but the parking lot is big, and there's also street parking if you don't want to waitBut if you do wait, it's not as long of a wait as you'd expect, they are quick and efficient here. Plus, the lines are usually on weekends, but not every weekend. It usually depends on the weather, when its sunny, there seems to be a bigger line. But again, they are real good at getting cars in and out of there
I love the coffee cake muffins here and like to order it through Postmates/Uber eats since I have babies at home, but they ALWAYS get my order wrong. Either I'll be missing an item or they'll give me something completely different than what I ordered. Coffee is always cold, hashbrowns soggy, and the one thing I want the most..THE COFFEE CAKE...is always replaced by chocolate chip or blueberry. I'm not sure if they do this on purpose, but if they are out they should contact the customers to let them know! So disappointing when they can't get such an easy order correct. Luckily I discovered Starbucks has great coffee cakes, so I'll be ordering from them instead.
This place was horrible I ordered through DoorDash and this place had my whole order messed up and they sent me a medium decaf cappuccino coffee instead of a XL Hot original coffee and charged me for a peanut butter pack and didn’t send it to me. I’m disgusted and upset of such a place . I’ll never ever eat at this franchise ever again. Horrible
The restaurant is does not feel super clean but not bad. The food is the same as other places which I dont really like but that goes down to opinion. The service was super nice and patient though with me at the moment but that is very situational. I think the hygiene feel does come down to the color choice although I did have some trash on the table I wanted to sit at. Its a small dunkin but can get it done if you are just looking for a quick donut or coffee, I dont think it compares to other places though
This location is one of a few in San Diego county. This location services south bay County. The staff is fast and friendly. If you want good coffee and pastries then swing by and tell them i sent you. Enjoy
Wow I'm so fortunate in life to see many venues and stores and companies in many countries many states. This one is on that list from cake to ice cream to coffee to donuts everything is sweet I'm always going to DD
On January 23. 2022 a come back Costummer came back and she cuts in-line I mentioned to the cashier she did cut off and he still go ahead and help her. Never ?? came back again I will post it on all social media Andrew got one ☝? star ⭐️ for Dunkin
I'm a fan of another donut pad closer to my home, but decided, hey I'm gonna take a ride with my daughters for a snack there. It's been a good 2 years since my last visit (I think). Goodness, do you like Iced Matcha??? It was Perfect. Truly Matcha and not loaded down with sugar. Plz if you like Matcha, try it here before going to a boba place. Boba by the way is really caloric (or so I heard).??. Anyways, my daughter got the Brown sugar oat milk latte (iced). She rates it a 10 out of 10 and said if she could, she would drink it like every day. Wow. Well, someone in my fam took a big bite of my Boston Creme Chocolate donut. Where's the cream? Guess ya gotta take a bigger bite! As for the raspberry filled, yep it's sweet alright!

Not only did the receptionist at the window get my order right, he was professional and polite and efficient. Plus, these donuts may be the freshest I've ever bought from dunkin. We will be back to this location. :-)
