Disgusted and completely disappointed, I had to pick up my food. While, in the kitchen there was a group of employees just hanging out where they are preparing my food, why? Training is a must, especially when your employees are dealing with paying customers. Being respectful is a must. Quantity should never replace quality, please screen and provide training to your staff. It is not my job to provide your employee with the time, especially when they are rude. I am not impressed and I will definitely want be back to this location. Sharing my experience with everyone, I know.

My experience at this specific location was so bad. The customer service is so bad, if you like bad service this is the place to go.
Experience was great! The only thing I didn't like about the experience was there being a very suspicious employee dressed in all purple.

Staff was nice, Pizza was good, lots of games for kids!! The place is pretty big compared to the rest of the Chuck E. Cheese! I would most definitely recommend to come on Wednesday for the promo they have on Wednesday or ask for the military bundle A and B! Overall great experience just like any other Chuck E. Cheese!
The tube slide is gone. But there's a lot of new games and rides to play with and the food is expensive. I just order a personal pepperoni pizza and small drinks it cost me almost $18.00 for me it's too much since I'm broke. Lol and spend about $10 bucks for tokens . ( you have to use a card for playing games and rides. But it's ok I guess my Daughter had a good time.
