Super nice staff, they always ready to help with a smile. Their Chamango is a killer and one of the best in town.
The only person that works here doesn‘t speak one word of english, she will literally not understand a word you say!!! I had a to go order that apparently hadn‘t even been started when I arrived. DO NOT COME HERE!
We had an açai bowl delivered from there , it was our first time trying it and we actually really enjoyed it and liked it better than our original place.
We waited for over 30 minutes. They kept telling us 10 more minutes, but nothing!! Then a lady walked in and gave our order to the lady. When we asked for the third time, all the person said was "I gave your order to the wrong person" !!!!!! If we did not ask, then they wouldn't even tell us. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
Came to pick up an order, told me ten minutes more after the time it should be ready, it's been well about 20 minutes and they barely than start getting the order together.
Thursday June 24 2021Very disappointed ? when i arrived home i was excited to see my fruit and to be honest it looks delicious and it is really good. The problem here is the customer service is horrible. Since I placed the call in the beginning the lady seem to be in a hurry. I specifically told the lady I wanted tostilocos with no cueritos and add mango. I get home my pico de gayo fruit excellent but the tostilocos had cueritos and my fiance is allergic to pork? I tried calling to let the lady know and she tells me that in her notes she has tostilocos with mango. I know that I specifically told her no cueritos, my fiance was next to me when I placed the order because she wanted to make sure I got her order in correctly. The lady decides she wants to argue so I just said no worries mam its okay thank you. I really hope that the lady isnt the owner because im a national city native and I support all small businesses in national city and it sucks to be treated like if your business isnt worth it. As for me lesson learned I will not be supporting this shop no longer due to their customer service. Wish you all the best of luck and I really hope that if it wasnt the owner then that the owner takes action and it looks in to it because as I could see I am not the only one complaining about the service.

Nice ladies who work there were able to sort out my order although I don't speak fluent Spanish. Definitely recommended for the chamango and tostielotes
Costumer service isn’t the best?? They’re food is good. But fresas con crema not as much.Most importantly, they have to fix their attitude and be ready to attend their costumers.
The people making the food do not wear masks properly. The food is great, so if you got vaccinated then enjoy.
