The most disgusting burger I've ever ate from a fast food, super salty and greasy... It wasn't even enjoyable, it was such a waste of money... Just go to a real burger king that isn't from a mall.

Terrible. Just terrible. I ordered my burger and there’s 2 types of bacon burgers. The lady CHARGED me for the most expensive one and didn’t tell me anything. On top of that I asked for a MEDIUM and when I left I got a kids size side of onion rings. There was absolutely NO CUSTOMERS! And yet they messed up. In the end she gave me 1 pack of ranch and I asked for another one. Her without even checking she threw in a barbecue sauce. Shows how unprofessional they are and can’t even pay attention.
There were two workers today a young boy and a young lady. Showing attitude made me regret spend my money here smg
Waited 20 mins for “fast food” she had the nerve to also take my food out my bag and give it to another customer. She was very rude never coming back
On 11/9/19 3:00pm, I encountered less than satisfactory customer service at this location. The young lady making the orders and calling them out was very rude, when I explained to her that my mothers food had come out cold. She went to grab her manager (who was more helpful)and she offered to replace the fries but not the burger. When I was explaining the situation to the manager the female employee proceeded to make remarks in the background which I found to be very unnecessary and unprofessional which is why I am writing this review. Will not return to this location with snotty employees!
