they were rude and didnt give me what i ordered. in one of the whoppers there was a rotten tomato in it
Worst customer service through the drive through! Too bad I didn’t get her name but I’m guessing she was a supervisor or manager cause she wore black. She rudely said that their machines weren’t working when I asked for two sundaes. It also took a while for our order to be given to us and she wasn’t the one who handed our order. Another worker did and it was like she just walked off. Bad representation of the company.
Poor experience here. Bought the new chicken sandwich an then they don’t have it. Plus bought a whopper combo meal an the guy wasn’t been rude an he didn’t even give me my order or replaced it until I told him too. Very bad customer service. You guys should teach your employees not to be rude
The lady that worked today April 1st, 2020 1:30pm. Was very rude to a disabled woman and another lady!!! Then when I got to the counter, she tried to tell me I couldn’t change the order that I didn’t pay for yet!!! I was NOT having it!!! Spanish older medium built woman, about 5’8!!! Horrible location.

Today, I ordered the food through the mobile app, paid for it, and went inside that Walmart to pick up the food only to have some old man with limited English spoke to me and told me I had to pay again when I had already paid for it. Good thing I asked for someone to come over to talk to me and then some lady who worked there told me not to pay twice because it's already been paid for, she then later spoke in Spanish explaining the situation to him and all he did was having a guilty laugh, didn't even bother to come apologize to me. Maybe they should start thinking about hiring someone who can SPEAK BETTER ENGLISH next time.
