My friend introduced me to this place. I've living near by and never thought of trying it. Man, have I been missing out!! These wings are DELICIOUS!!!! THE PERFECT AMOUNT OF SEASONING and heat!! I tried the spicy flavor. They're crispy and the coleslaw that comes with the order is so yummy, cleanses the palette very well.My sister in law who doesn't like meat very much, tried them and she loved them!!! ❤️Will definitely buy again!
The fried chicken barely had any sauce on it. When I went back to ask for more sauce, she said they could no longer add sauce to it. The fried rice had no flavor.
Spent 68$ here in total, got wings and strips , the wings were fine but I bit into a strip that was just essentially cartilage and random like mystery meat? It was extremely off putting , also I paid 26 $ for these strips so I was expecting a different experience to say the least, needless to say I did not touch the rest of the strips . Wings were fine but the strips left me with such a bad experience I won’t be returning.
Tried the Dine In experience and was not disappointed! The atmosphere was very inviting and the staff were wonderful. We enjoyed watching their interactions with each other as well as the patrons. They were attentive and pleasant. About the food...I had tried the food before when a family member ordered delivery. It was so amazing I craved visiting the restaurant and so glad I went! I am now a devoted customer and order delivery as often as my pocketbook allows!
Tried to place a to go order over the phone about a week ago but was unsuccessful, this was around 1:00pm. I started speaking to a girl, and proceeded to give my order but then i needed clarify something on the menu so i told her to give me a moment. Then the line went blank and i couldn't hear anyone anymore..called back multiple times and no one answered..will not be back at this location anytime soon as apparently some of the employees can't do basic customer service. If you don't like taking orders over the phone or it's too hard, then switch your system around, rather being rude. It's too bad, because the food had been good so far.
Great wings, I have tried the half and half 10 piece and it delicious.I was not to fond of the strips. The flavor was not as explosive as the wings
Korean chicken wings are dope and addicting. I'm so glad there's a location closer to me than the Convoy location. I definitely get cravings and need Bonchon at least once a month.
The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend their soy garlic chicken and seasoned fries.
I absolutely love the Korean fried chicken! It’s always crispy and the flavors are delicious. My personal favorite is the soy garlic but I always get the spicy as well. The Parmesan fries are a must try as well!
Worst experience me and my family had there yesterday. Husbands food came out first and then mines 30 mins later and our sons literally another 30 mins later. They were getting all the other orders out for door dash before ours. And the girl had the audacity to say if I wanted my sons order cancelled instead of apologizing and make sure it got done. Word of advice make sure you also get the dine in orders out on time just like the pick up and door dash orders. Never again
