Workers are polite and courteous. The manager is friendly...easy to talk to.
I love Baskin’ Robbins it’s one of my favorite places to go so I send my husband pretty much every day of my pregnancy and he always comes home upset so I ask him and he says that the girl Alex with blue hair always makes it difficult for him by making snide comments about having a difficult order. I get cookies and Cream layered with Mint chip (which are like right next to each other) or Mint chip with layered caramel sauce how difficult can it be to do the job you are being paid to do. She is paid to scoop ice cream and she finds it too difficult to layer two ice creams. I crave them quite frequently so I send him for two fresh packs either every day or every other day and each time she asks if he would rather just get a pre packed because she’s too lazy to do her job. If I wanted to layer it myself I’d ask for two pre packed ice creams instead but NOPE I apparently pay Alex over $100.00 a week to complain about doing her job so she can get paid for doing a job she just complains to everyone about. Nobody wants a sad or complaining clown at a birthday party and likewise for people serving ice cream clown. If you don’t like Layers Alex then quit because nobody wants to spend money for a service only to have to listen to the person your paying complain about their job. If you don’t like your job or what it entails then GO HOME ALEX!!! Otherwise just make my ice cream the way I’m paying for it to be made please and thank you!

Fast & friendly. Went in for a sweet treat today. Was kinda busy, people constantly in and out. However, the employees were helpful & knowledgeable. The girl who took my order was friendly & efficient. Kinda hard to hear inside with a mask on, but the service was great. Went back inside, after I got my goodies, to put a few dollars in their tip jar.
Jazmin along with her Teammates last week made an extraordinary experience for me and personalized my ice cream cake!! My Niece's 14th birthday not to mention, it was a walk in and she did amazing job! She crafted what I had vizioned on the spot! Good Looking Little Homie!!

Asian girl there extremely rude. Then I asked for kids cones and she puts them in cups and has attitude when asked to put in a cone like I asked for. Getting an ice cream should be enjoyable and a good experience not feeling rushed and lack of customer service. If you're getting ice cream in National just go to Neiderfranks where you cant go wrong.

Great service. Very friendly. Customer service gets an A+. Must wear masks. There is a decided at cash registers. And the employee's are constantly wiping down public areas. Overall great experience.
