It seem the owner/s our a bit shady we ordered off the only menu behind the counter and the advertised price is not what you pay we where told by a server that the owner increases the price in the register not on the menu board itself by law a consumer only has to pay the advertised price.....Hopefully the owner/s will you that extra money to get an education because at this point there being ignorant and it's embarrassing to there nationality
I originally wrote a review and the owner answered back(see pic for his response)Let me elaborate...despite what the owner thinks...I am well off financially just don't like being fed bland mexiCANT food for a arm and leg! I understand u are in a "most expensive shopping center" but your product should reflect the cost. Inflation has nothing to do with flavor. I frequent your vacaville location and it is delicious. Odd that your most expensive location can't replicate the standards of your base location! The price of your food outshines the taste and quality, and to assume that Mexicans complain just because of the price is not only naive of you!but also racist of you! You think I complained because I was mexican and didn't like the price? You don't think it had anything to do with your dry carnitas? I will gladly pay accordingly, but you know your food is sub par when your white friend didn't even like it! (Mic drop) in conclusion......I understand u cater to the white population that don't know what real Mexican food tastes like so don't get your bloomers in a bunch when a authentic mexican tastes your food and gives it 1 out of 5 chanclas!
Didn't like at all asked for side of rice they gave me a whole box full and I'm just one person. Also the chicken was no Bueno sorry for bad review but honestly is best policy right ?
Extremely high prices. I understand the cost of running a business is expensive but the price was pretty high. Paid over $100 for 4 burritos and 1 quesadilla. I've eaten here when I was younger and wanted to try it again after many years of not eating there. The burrito was ok. I won't be going back though. The flavor was bland. I have 2 favorite Mexican places in Napa. I'll continue to go there. I left 3 stars because i wanted to be fair.
I will NEVER come to this place again. I am Very disappointed. Today I went with my mom and dad for dinner and the girl that was packing the online orders was very rude to my parents and I. I asked her a question and she barely let me finish my sentence and answered back with “I was not involved in your order so go ahead and talk to the other lady”. Then my mom and dad asked her something and she continued on being nasty with us. She made me cry and the lady who took my order noticed and approached me and as I was telling her what had happened she said that she didn’t have any idea why her attitude is like that. So I’m assuming this is an ongoing issue and villa corona is allowing it to happen.
Overpriced carnitas burrito was bland. Added some salsa roja but it had no heat. Somehow the price is almost twice that of the Vacaville location but the food is not as good.
Very disappointed with the online-phone service this is the second time that happen to me. Even when the Burritos are really good, if you order online or by phone be prepared to be waiting for an extra 30 minutes after the pick up time. Plus the fact that the waitress treat you like if it's your fault. The food is good but not worth the time.
All their food is phenomenal, 1000% recommended! Amazing local spot and always on point! BEST spot for MENUDO & WET BURRITOS!
Scoring a bowl of menudo is like.... if you could taste winning the lottery. I don't know which of the four stomachs of the cow, or what the hoof that was in that bowl, but this soup could convert the mind of the CEO of P.E.T.A. to give up being a vegan. Even if you can't "stomach" the idea of eating stomach, you'll be a believer if you try it.Get. The. MENUDO.Or don't. Just means I'll have a better chance of picking up a bowl after Sunday service. (it's only offered on the weekend, and it goes quick!)
Very disappointed with the chicken fajitas. When I think of fajitas I think grilled chicken. The chicken in these fajitas was chopped, like what they use in the burritos and tacos. Beans and rice were delicious as always.
