The best selection of fine liquors in Napa

Pete and George are very helpful and polite. I always enjoy doing business with them.

Trying to find this place should have been my first clue that it wasn't great. We asked a local and she had no idea what Italian place we were talking about. Strike 1. I ordered a meatball sandwich for $10. The meatballs were homemade, but they skimped on the meat portion. The meatballs had an odd flavor. I detected something like nutmeg or allspice which was very off-putting. They put sauce inside the sandwich and on the top of the bread with me which makes it a slimy, soggy mess to eat. The sauce was not appealing either. It was not a red marinara type sauce. It was a brown sauce which did not have a good taste. Strike 2. A friend of mine ordered cheese raviolis and the milfati. They put that everything in one container which was dumb. Then they charged her $0.55 for the container! I'm sorry, but that $0.55 should be part of the cost of the food, not an add-on. Strike 3. I we were both highly disappointed with this place. I ended up throwing the entire meatball sandwich in the trash. I would not recommend going here.

Overpriced whisky, 3 to 4 digit figures for bourbon that should be 1/5th the price. Avoid at all costs

This is the only convenience store I could find in walking distance to the tourist part of Napa

This store price gouges worse than any other I have seen when it comes to allocated bourbon. What's even worse is that they don't put pricing on anything, so it seems that the price is whatever they want it to be that day. I went in on 06/23/21 and asked about several of their allocated products. They wanted $250 for Stagg Jr, $300 for Blood Oath, $800 for Weller full proof, and $139 for EHT Single Barrel. I quit asking about product after that because of their ridiculous mark up. I decided to go back in on 6/24/21 and buy the EHT Single Barrel. I really wasn't happy about paying double MSRP, but I've had great experiences with the bottles I've bought, and it's practically impossible to find back home. They rang it up for $199 after I tried to haggle them down, and after the clerk repeatedly said $139 was their final price. After arguing for a few minutes and asking them to honor the price he had been so adamant about only minutes prior, he said they would have to sell it for $199. I walked out without it because in absolutely no universe is this bottle worth that much.Bottom line, this is why people hate shopping at independent liquor stores. They price gouge bottles to hell and make product that is already difficult to find impossible to obtain for people that refuse to pay anywhere from 3-10× what the bottle should cost. This store is essentially a museum for bourbon, but I advise that anyone who actually enjoys drinking bourbon take their business anywhere else.

very bad customer service just get kicked out for buying food for a homeless couple. he followed me out & yelled at me saying go to another store. a side from Clemente's that's the only thing I enjoy about that store a management is rude and their customer service is poor. They told me that they don't want those dirty people in their store wow

Great selection and very helpful with selections.
