Food came out slow but once arrived was good
Excellent all around
The food was pretty good but for the price I thought the quality and overall presentation wasnât quite equitable. The location and ambience especially the outdoor area was really nice. The staff, bartender and who I believe was the manager was really the issue. They were rude and not very accommodating.
The food is good as ever. But they played the same annoying music that was played when it was Gran Electrica and the base was so loud that we couldn't hear each other at a table for 7 indoors. Other than the annoying music, everything was pretty good. Service was a little slow, with my husband needing to get up to get a waiter at least once. But I think when they get the hang of the new location, that will be sorted out, as they typically have great service. Just please figure out the music! I didn't come to hear loud jazz with bass so loud that the table vibrates.
I like the new location and the additional items on the menu. Congratulations on the new place, lets make it a success, good food and good times!
We had a fabulous meal at the Q. Our Lyft took us to the old location and manager gave us Mai Thai which was nice touch. We had to send back bottle of wine as felt it was corked and really had a hard time deciding to send it back but again the Manger was excellent about it. Would highly recommend this restaurant and love itâs new location.
The menu was very limited and overpriced for the quality of the food
The food quality was very poor. The ribs were dry, the pork sandwich seemed like dry day old meat. The Cobb salad was tasteless with no dressing and the fried chicken dinner had cold potatoes and seemed like a different recipe altogether than I had before. They 4 very small pieces of chicken. I was excited about the new location and it was nice, but they were understaffed for lunch service and we had to ask several times just for water while we sat in the hot sun. Will not be returning to this overpriced restaurant. I was really disappointed as I brought family here from out of town for a nice Napa lunch.
Only complaint was the music, which was very loud even though we were outside in the patio. The proprietor turned it down although she didn't seem very happy about it. Everything else was great.
